I love Jersey Mike’s! Today I bought a giant sub and a drink cost me $15. Everything was great until I went back in to buy the drink, and I asked the young man behind the counter for a cup and all they could offer me was a tiny plastic cup. I asked if you could give me a larger cup he said he’d have to charge me. Unfortunately, I didn’t wanna pay for the cup so I left with my little plastic cup. I have every intention of returning to Jersey Mike’s. I know he was just following rules, but when rules supersede common sense, it has a negative impact on customer experiences like this. How much does A cup really cost maybe a nickel? I didn’t make A scene but I think he got my point. He was too worried about the rules, Confused and just made a poor decision. I could here them messing around. So I decided to go up there a get a sub instead....Not only was the phone still on the counter but they never picked it up, I bet the owner would like to know how much business he missed out on that night .Rude and unprofessional staff not paying attention and didn’t even change gloves in between customers, What if someone had an allergy?!?! Read moreI love me some Jersey Mike's but this location really grossed me out. As soon as I walked in it felt dirty. There was water dripping from the A/C grills that are in the ceiling and when I looked at the ceiling that is when I got super grossed out. There was black dust on the ceiling tiles from the A/C vents and inside the light panels. I just kept wondering that if the ceiling looks like that then I can't imagine what behind the counter looks like. I really wish I took pictures but you can't miss it - just look up. The owner was actually in there and seems very proud of his business but he should pay more attention to his dining room and the cleanliness of his restaurant.
