Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Florida

I needed a few days to process the exceptional service and care of the fantastic members who work here. The care that they took with my order was exceptional the personal touch with first of all getting everything pin point correct, Thank you so very much. But the hand written notes? Boss level care and attention to customer's needs? You guys made me so happy and safe. The care that was taken was phenomenal . I didn't expect or was expecting what I was given nor did I think I deserved what I got... But they gave it and it didn't feel forced it seemed very genuine and generous. It was given with heart and compassion they really care about the people who patronize the establishment. But it did not feel like a establishment it felt like home. I really do not write reviews because I feel like it is unfair. But I had to write this review because it would be unfair to them not to express my appreciation for the personal care that was given to me. So to everyone at Lithia Jetts pizza thank you I really felt special and dare I say tearing up as I write this review. I can better show you then tell you just how great these people are. Thank you so much. I will never forget what you did for me. You didn't have to do what you did but I am so glad that you cared enough to do it. Thank you again from the bottom...

Update: The location owner reached out, listened to my complaint, and resolved the issue appropriately. Management kindly replied as well. Order was replaced a cooked perfectly. Thank you!

Original: For starters, I have had Jets dozens of times all over Florida and Indiana The way we ALWAYS get it is deep dish, turbo crust, well done. We ordered last week and everything was great.

Tonight, we ordered 3 pizzas. NONE of them were well done. The receipt DID NOT have well done on the order, even though I repeated 2-3x during order. Turbo crust seemed a little lighter than usual, but it looked like it was added.

Called immediately after delivery and the first bite and spoke with Ms. De La Rosa. She said she took the order herself, made them, did not add it to the order because she wanted to take care of it herself, and cut the pizzas. She then insisted they were all well done and that she was right, I was wrong.

I literally have ordered dozens of pizzas. I was simply looking for the order to be fixed. Well done crust has a DARKER brown crust and crispy. What we got was light brown, and SOFT.

Sorry to say that I was not impressed with the lack of cleanliness by the preparation staff. It appeared that a young lady was training but was not being taught anything in proper food handling or even portion control. I watched her place 7 large handfuls of cheese on each of 2 medium sized pizzas. That would equal around 1 and a half pounds of cheese on each pie. She piled the cheese on top and patted it down to make it even. I know some people would love that she did this. But it is not safe food portions and should only be done to an order that was special requested. I am glad that I did not have to be in the store when the cheese melted and dripped off the pie and into to oven. The burning smell would not make me want to eat any food that was cooking in the oven. The young man that was answering the phone and touching the cash register and pen for signing credit card receipts would walk straight to the make table and handle food without any kind of hand washing or use of hand sanitizer and gloves. This is definitely not safe food handling. I worked in a pizza shop for over 13 years and I am giving a realistic opinion...
