Let's get through the technical first. 1) The entry way is the one before the golf course and if you see a gate and it's closed that's ok. It's not for the parking, which as others have noted is parking limited. So I opted for the golf course parking and walked the few extra steps. If you happen to accidentally pass both entryways be warned the third is "private property" and she will be irritable even if you're lost and just trying to turn around. 2) If you like nature, like really like it not just because you're suppose to be in it for good health, GO! This was a gem for my Saturday morning hike. I enjoy palm leaves dropping morning dew on my face and walking into streams of spider webs as they cross the canopy. The SUN shone through just enough to keep it pleasantly lit. I just so happened to visit after two great rains so the ground was fertile and full of life. As you take deep healing breathes in you will catch a fresh and sweet fragrance from whatever is growing in the bush. 3) Lastly, if you understand that water is healing then you will trully enjoy that part most of all. The majority of the walk is near a stream with one spot hosting a bench to hear the water flowing. There are many side trails that will lead down to the creek for you to choose, to your liking. I have posted my spot. I hope you enjoy and honor the space as I have.

A pretty short hike on mostly flat terrain with only occasional obstructions along the path, such as tree roots, fallen logs, and overgrowth. There are no trail markers, so be aware of your direction and keep track of where you're heading. If you're sensitive to mosquito bites, definitely want to put some repellent on, as there are a ton of mosquitos attracted to nearby streams. As for parking, there is a very small and easy to miss area to pull into directly before the Ace Golf traffic light heading west on Boyette. It's a small parking area, but on a Saturday in early June at around 2:30pm, my car was the only one there entering and exiting. I'd recommend this trail for people wanting a short and easy hike, but wouldn't recommend it for people with strollers or the like.

Beautiful trail to spend a little time on while enjoying nature. The sound of the creek makes it a relaxing place to sit or hang in a hammock to enjoy a little peace. I was there on a cold day so no mosquitoes but they would definitely be a problem on a warm day so I recommend bringing some bug spray. This trails not fit for bikes, strollers or wheel chairs due to a lot of tree roots and also a lot of hills. This trail was an unexpected surprise because of it's location. Parking lot is very small and the entrance comes up rather quickly when traveling to the trail. It's very easy to pass it by
