Went for 2 foot long meatball subs. Ordered through the app as I was leaving the grocery store a couple of miles away.
Upon arriving, I was told that they had to cook the meatballs and it would be about another 15 minutes.
I don't live too far away, so I went home to put away the frozen food and came back to get the sandwiches. Had that not been the case, I would have been stuck just sitting there waiting.
They were bagging my order when I returned, and since I already paid through the app, all I had to do was grab it and go.
The food tasted okay, and the staff was friendly. My main problem with Subway, and it's every single one of them for the past 20 or 30 years, is the bread.

We parked and checked into the app to show we had arrived. After 10 minutes someone came out and told us they were out of the bread we asked for. No big deal. We didn't mind changing. He went back inside for a minute then came outside, got in a car and left. 10 minutes later we go inside to check on our sandwiches (2 sandwiches). They said they were still making them. 20 mins after that, we still don't have any sandwiches, so we went back inside, and finally they gave us our sandwiches. Read moreFRAUDULENT ACTIVITY BY MANAGEMENT. Placed an online order which was “cancelled on the back end” but I was charged and wasn’t notified until I got to the store to pick up my order. There was no explanation for the cancellation. Cashier was kind and trying to just make my food with the issue but the manager was called and she was told not to. I asked for either my food, a refund, or proof of refund and was refused all of the above. The manager was rude and very combative, as was the DM. Ultimately after 20 mins in the store the helpful cashier provided me a screen shot of the order cancellation so that I at least had proof for my bank to get my money back. Will never refund to a Subway tan by this DM. Terrible lack of customer service for a “system issue” that was not my fault.
