I visited the Jimmy Johns Piper's Boulevard Naples FL location. I requested my sandwich in a certain way and because 99% of the time they make the sandwich incorrectly because some of the employees don't really listen to the customers request.Today an amazing and dedicated employee changed all the negative experiences that I had at the Jimmy John's restaurants.His name is Trevon his experience, expertise and dedication to his customers is an example to follow.He is so fast and neat preparing his sandwiches that while I was eating my sandwich with my coworker we were not able to remove our eyes of his fast hands.I thank him for his amazing job preparing our sandwiches and I asked him his name.He said that he was a manager but quite frankly this employee is an asset to this company and for sure he is more valuable at a different position.He need to be promoted to a regional or corporate trainer position.If you get lucky and you see him at the store tell him directly to him that you want him to make you your sandwich and you will...
Read moreI’ve called this store on two separate occasions and both times the person on the other end was lost. The first time I asked if they deliver to I am located, literally 2.1 miles away and they said no. I asked why and all the person said was they didn’t know why. Okaaaayyyy. Then I called today to see if they accept Apple Pay. The girl was like ummmmm not over the phone. Well of course there’s no way they could do that, so obviously that’s not what I meant. I said I mean at your store. Again, she’s like ummmmm honestly it’s hit or miss. So I really don’t know. Since it’s storming I’m going to say no. What?! I’ve paid with Apple Pay several times during storms. Maybe their system isn’t that great, but it’s just annoying that every time I go there or call either my order is wrong, or they are all walking around confused.

Read moreBeing from up North, I have been waiting for Jimmy Johns to get down south down here. I have never been so impressed with the service. I would say I order delivery at least once a week. They are always so polite and prompt with delivery. Today was a different story altogether though. I made an order for my girlfriend and I. Either I ordered wrong or they got the order wrong, however, no only did they re-deliver the correct sub for free, but they also gave us a free cookie as well. I haven't been this impressed with customer service in a long time. They have definitely made a lifelong customer out of me (that's if I wasn't one already)!
