Jin Jin II — Restaurant in Florida

I'm sorry to say that I did not agree with many of the previous reviewers. Having been to (and loved) Jin Jin 88, I expected similar food at Jin Jin II. Unfortunately, the egg rolls and fried rice were a one-bite-and-no-more kind of thing (there was a freeze dried taste in addition to the pork having a strange, unpleasant flavor).

The service was not great, but in their defense something seemed to be going on with the cash register. The server was quite young, and perhaps new or learning. They did not ask why we weren't eating over half the food on our plate, although to be perfectly honest, had they asked, I would likely have said it was fine. I mean, I don't really like conflict.

Except on the internet.

Where I can write reviews and not have to look at those nice people in the face.

It gets two stars, though, for the sesame chicken and chicken lo mien, both of which were tasty, but it reminded me more of mall Chinese food than sit-down quality food. Two stars is probably generous. Again, I'm really sorry :/

Overall, we won't be returning here, so I'm glad to see all these other positive reviews. It sounds like they won't need our business. If you want my advice, go to Jin Jin 88 down highway 98. I love Asian cuisine, and Jin Jin 88...

I WOULDN'T EVEN GIVE THEM ONE STAR.

I ordered delivery the other day, and they forgot like 3 things. I called them to ask them to bring me my food that I PAID FOR... Here's what happened:

Answer 1: We credit you for next visit (No, I'm hungry, YOU forgot my food, I want what I PAID for now)

Answer 2: Delivery is closed, you come here (the point of DELIVERY is I DON'T WANT TO LEAVE THE HOUSE AND I PAID A DELIVERY FEE, AND A TIP)

Then, I told them I want a credit on my credit card TODAY and here's what he said (he, being the manager)

Answer 3: YOU WANT CREDIT, YOU BRING ME MY FOOD (Are you * kidding me?!)

At this point he is SCREAMING AT ME, and telling me I've never even been there before, when I go there at least once a week and order THE SAME THING, EVERY.TIME.

I told them I am reporting them to the BBB, and MORE SCREAMING AT ME COMMENCED.. NEVER IN MY LIFE WOULD I SPEAK TO A REGULAR THAT WAY. I plan on writing them a bad review ON EVERY SITE...

I order food here at 6:18 pm and it gave a 45 minute delivery time. After not receiving my order by 7:15pm I called back to check on delivery. They told me that my order had already been delivered. On the website it tells you to have ID and credit card used to purchase order ready for verification at time of delivery. They delivered my order to the wrong address and did not follow their own procedure to confirm the correct delivery. They went back and forth with me about my order being delivered already and after realizing they made a mistake told me it would be another 30 minutes to deliver and there would be no compensation for anything. Mind you I explained I am trying to feed my hungry kids who are hungry at this poiny. 10/10 wouldn't recommend unless you wanna feed some random household in the area. They delivered to Thomas drive PCB instead of Beach drive PCB, which is the other side...
