Horrible service tonight. I usually am very very pleased here but tonight I waited almost 25 minutes for someone to even acknowledge I was still sitting without my order taken or even told it would be a minute or so instead when I asked the rude older woman said "well if you would have been listening you would've known" In a snarky tone. I let that slide. Next the manager toon my order he was very polite and I had no problems when I was called up to pay the younger lady had me pay but had me pay for the wrong order when the manager came over she stayed that I just walked up to pay this ticket when she actually asked me to pay them when I said something to the manager about money might take 48 hrs to go back on my card and that I had been there for 45 minutes to order a single waffle and hash brown shshe blurted in " well there's only 2 of us" but in an extremely rude tone I dont appreciate that I know it can get busy but that is mo reason to ignore someone and not tell them how long I'd be sitting there and not professional to blatantly lie right in front of me about her having me pay for a bill that wasnt mine. Read moreABSOLUTELY THE WORST FOOD EXPERIENCE EVER!!! 6 of us in our party. One asked for water with lemon, received no lemon. Another one of us asked for light gravy on sausage and gravy but received a TON of gravy. Another ordered sausage biscuit sandwich WITH onions, and received NO onions at all. I ordered Texas cheesesteak and stressed ABSOLUTELY NO ONIONS, and yeah, of course I received onions! My daughter ordered just hash browns and she said they were good. My wife ordered plain waffles that she said were ok. But the worst thing about this experience was the one of us who ordered the sausage and gravy was eating and then looked down at his food after only two bites and saw a SPIDER or large ANT on his food !!! THAT IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! I walked out and “Let’s go!” My wife was going to pay for some of the food but one of the guys working there said, “ Nevermind paying, this has happened before and we just can’t stop it.” The waitress kinda got cocky and said, “ Oh they were going to walk out!” And she had about that. Read moreThe waiter/cashier needs some side tips in customer service to be friendlier and smile more and needs to remember to wash his hands before putting gloves on and they need to clean more often especially the orange juice machine it had black mold ring around the inside of the lid..... Went back the next day or the day after that and I personally want to thank you for cleaning the orange juice machine it was spotless and great. But please make the cashier wash his hands and glove up before touching the to go platters after taking my money and giving change. I've spent many years in the restaurant and fast food business and 3 of those years spent as shift lead I've always gotten a green audit and 100% on my health department audits I've also had to wear a glove when taking money one time and with 2 minutes that white vinyl glove was brown that's how...
