I have eaten this place at least 5 times there pizza and wings our good that being said ! Monday Feb 19th I placed a order for a large half cheese half sausage for take out the lunch special $13.99 I used a debit card to pay when I left the store I realized I did not get the debit card back so I called and the lady said yeah it’s here I dropped the pizza off to my children and went back and got it from there I went to work when I got back home around a 9:00 pm my kids told me when the open the box they each took a slice and my younger son found a big piece of dark hair they was disgusted about it (look at picture the slice with the sausage next to the slice that has been pulled out you can actually see the hair ) they stopped eating it and threw it out so the next day I called to speak with management the person working told me management is not there but she will call them And have them call me right back Give them just a few minutes.. one hour later no call so I called back the same lady answered told me management will call me when they get back to the store around 5:00 at 7:00 I still did not receive a call so I called again management still not there they called me back 15 mins later I explained to the lady what happen she said if I had the pie In hand she would returned it if not she can offer me a 50 percent off I told her nicely we don’t have it they was hair in it the kids threw it out what would she have done if she got a pizza with a hair In it if she would keep it in her fridge or throw it she was extremely rude and accused me of eating the pizza and trying to get a free pizza from her ! A lousy $13.99 problem the worst customer service ever how is there not a manager working on call they should always be some one in charge manager should be in the establishment not at home
To the person who responded first of all it was a pick up order I gave you my name as well as the pick up name not that does matter ! 2nd of all my VOICE WAS RAISED TO MATCH YOUR TONE ! Your still trying to make it as if I am at fault here first yous gave us a pizza with hair in it then you made me wait close to 7 hours to speak with a manager and when I did get a manager on the line they was rude sarcastic loud and accused me of lying !!! This is the second time we had ordered from Josie's and it was such a let down.. I had gone on their website then noticed that they have an 'app' for easier service..ChowNow. I placed an order for delivery. When my order arrived, it was missing a large cheese pizza.. I called Josie's and the girl who helped me was nice and apologetic but she informed me that they could not deliver the rest of my order because it was through a 3rd party.. I had no idea that this was the case when I placed my order, as if I had know this I would not have gone through with it. By this time, it was just about 9pm and she said that they are closed.. I had two choices to either get a refund or come and pick up the pizza. I chose to pick up the pizza because this was part of a dinner for my family as we had a very rough day... I told the girl to 'keep it warm' (the pizza)..well when I got there she apologized again and handed me a cold pizza... clearly not keeping it warm...There are a couple things that could have been done differently to get a better outcome. Josie's Pizza should make it a rule that before any of their goods/food goes out the door for a delivery, that the ENTIRE order is completed and together. This should have been what was done. I feel that Josie's pizza was the first to drop the ball that caused this mess. While I really appreciate her apology, getting a cold pizza that was now hard and crusty is just unacceptable.
I have contacted ChowNow and they are completely useless. This will make me not order from them or Josie's again. It's just common sense and made a frustrating evening even worse.

I ordered a pizza and wings. They tell me 20 mins. I wait outside and when I come back they can’t find my food. As they are trying to remake it a guy walks in and says this isn’t my order as he took the wrong order. I noticed my wings were spilled all over the bag and the girl who took my food told the staff to throw it away and tells me they will remake it. Then she leaves to do deliveries (she’s been the person who we have had great experiences with in the past)
10 min later my food comes and I notice the sauce in the bag and I said I hope this isn’t the wings he just brought back. She said “they gave me everything fresh” I go to my car and open the container and the wings are cold. No way these just came out so I go back and show her the wings and no apology or anything. I tell her they should really think twice about giving a person food that someone else took home even more so since Covid is rampant here in the Windermere area. She says I just give what they give (remember she said prior it was all fresh).
I’m trying hard to not let this time affect me supporting a local business but it’s unacceptable and I’ll have to find a new wing and pizza spot as clearly my family’s health is not top priority. Not because of this one time but based on the level of customer service I received. Craziest part is after all that we didn’t feel comfortable eating any of the food.
