Update: February 14, 2020 My daughter & I had a new experience with our local KFC. It was about 7:30 at night. We pulled into line at the drive-thru, ordered the special $20 Fill-up 8 piece Bucket dinner, waited in line behind five or six other cars for nearly half an hour. Then, when we finally reached the window to pay for our order, the cashier looked at us and announced that their card machine wasn't working and they were only accepting cash. I told her I didn't have any cash, what should I do, and asked her why she didn't tell us when we first put in the order. She just looked at me and didn't answer. I was really annoyed then. She didn't offer any sort of apology or a way to make up for the disservice on their part. What a way to treat your customers... ☹
December 1990 My daughter and I stopped at KFC for dinner while out shopping. There were a number of cars parked outside, and I feared it would be very busy and crowded; but once we got inside, to my surprise, we found there was hardly anyone, which was good, because seating is rather limited. So we were able to find an acceptable place to sit, at a table-for-2. We ordered our usual, Original 2-piece Thigh and Drumstick Combo for $5. It's a good deal. The meal comes with mashed potatoes, a biscuit, a chocolate chip cookie, and a medium sized drink. We also ordered an extra 4oz side order of green beans to share between us. Glad I only bought one. The beans were much too peppery. Service was pretty prompt. By the time we filled our drinks and chose a table, the attendee was already calling our number.
One other thing happened. I noticed that the girl only gave us each a spoon to eat with, so I asked for a fork, since I prefer to use a fork with chicken. She looked at me real funny(was that such a strange request?😅), then turned away to fetch me two forks--but then, she took away the spoons! How odd. Apparently, KFC is really stingy over their silverware! Anyway, we ate with plastic forks... and with our fingers... because we didn't have...
Read moreI usually can rate my food from here at a 5, however tonight I cannot. My husband and I enjoy the chicken pot pies, for something quick and a tad healthier lol than the chicken sandwiches we sometimes get. We fell in love with the pot pies for the buttery flaky crust and the huge pieces of shredded chicken, really amazing. Well ordered two tonight, got home, sat down eat and after a couple bites I was like hum something isn’t right, carrots were hard, chunks of hard potato not creamy like they usually are, and NO CHICKEN. I asked my husband how his was and he said the same, NO CHICKEN, HARD CARROTS, And HARD DICED POTATOES! I don’t like leaving bad reviews especially when 9 out of 10 times they are amazing. But whoever made these today really messed up. Almost $8 for a crust topping, hard carrots, and nasty potatoes! I even added some gravy (I always get a side of gravy) and that didn’t help. Very disappointed! Food is expensive, where we choose to spend our hard earned money matters, I hope this review gets to whomever works at this location so they can address and fix the issue. We will try again but if this happens again unfortunately we...
Read moreLet me explain why I am giving them a one star review! I went up in the rain, at night to grab some dinner. I ordered a #2 extra crispy with coleslaw, Mac and cheese and a Small side of gravy. Got ALL the way home in pine level and it was only a 2 piece. I wouldn't have really cared Buut, I called them about it and my receipt was out in the truck and it was raining. He SAID he pulled it up on the computer and I ordered a #1 and I apologized and Yada Yada...I finally went out and got my receipt and he straight up lied! I did order a #2! I will put up with mistakes but I WILL NOT be lied to just so they don't have to make their mistake right! He could have said yes ma'am, I see it here and we'll give you the piece whenever you come back in... it's that easy. Instead when he didn't think I had my receipt he blatantly lied... so ONE STAR to this KFC for...
