Message to the manager and owner of the Arcadia Pizza Hut. Please inform ALL employees that when they make a mistake....own it and do right by the customer, especially if the customer is being reasonable.
Tonight (2/16) there was an incident where your employees mixed up 2 orders for 2 different customers. Customer 1 had to drive 10 minutes, one way, to return 2 pizzas that were made wrong. When she arrived (approximately 7PM)the Anglo-Saxon lady that attended her was not Only one the incompetent side of the spectrum but Rude as you know what. She took NO responsibility for the error that HER workplace made, and just said it wasn't her fault because she just had started her shift. Instead of apologizing and do what she could to get the customers pizzas made correctly, she made the lame excuse that their were two orders with the same name, one with a first name and last name. The other just the same first name.
Instead of asking the customers the first time what pizzas she ordered to confirm what she was giving her, they just handed the boxes to her. Ironically, as the customer was attempting to get the correct pizzas from the incompetent employee, another customer walked in and asked for her order. Her order was given to her but the 1st customer realized it had her name (First and last name). She pointed that put to the incompetent employee. Which the employee responded, "ya can just switch your boxes". The 1st customer pointed out that the pizzas she originally got were already cold (she had picked them up 30 minutes earlier). She told the 2nd customer to ask the employee to make her new pizzas....plus she didn't know if the old pizzas had been touch or not. The lazy employee didn't like that statement as it would Mean she would have to do actual work......make 2...
Read moreWish Pizza Hut was still a dine in restaurant, but it is pick up/ delivery only and it seems since the location change the prices have increased tremendously. Before even tho we are a local business we were outside their delivery area now they will deliver to us but they have outpriced themselves. Food is great but I can't pay $40 - $60 for a pizza and wings. I could enjoy a lobster dinner for 2 for that price. I'm sure the move and the new rent is higher than the old place but does it balance out the loss of business and customers because we can't afford you any more? Read moreI ordered an 8 piece bone out wings and when they got to my home I was utterly disappointed!!! Those imbeciles at Pizza Hut disrespected me by putting walnut sized chicken nuggets in my wing box!!! I was a die hard wings fan of Pizza Hut because of their sauce, but now they will lose a loyal customer because they were too greedy to put full sized wings in my wing box 😤 if I could put negative stars I would gladly do so, but sadly I cannot. Once the clock hits an hour before closing time, they purposely do not answer the phone, they simply don’t want to be bothered even though it is their job to serve their customers!
