Krystal — Restaurant in Florida

We're truckers and stop for breakfast at this location on our route. This very same hateful manager is still here, and still and nasty as ever. The last time we came, she was speaking so rude and disrespectful to an employee who had the wrong paint job.

Nothing has changed. She stands at the register with her arms folded as you approach the building, watching you walk in, no greeting or anything. We ordered 2 senior breakfasts, "We don't serve senior breakfast at this location. You have to pay full price."

We pay the full price for the same size portion of a senior breakfast. there was no difference in meal portion size, just the price. As we get our kids size meal and head back to the truck her, and another wrong paint job hater stands at the counter and watch us as we get back in our vehicle, with the same hateful look on their faces. That she has as she watches us walk in.

We will NEVER! return to this location, and we'll make sure to let our fellow truckers know this location is a "Sun Down" location. Even at 6 A.M., she doesn't want our presence in this store. My friends and I stopped by on our way home from Live Oak and happened upon a sleeper situation. It's one of those situations where the drama started before you came in, so you have to get caught up.

The guys in front of us apparently ordered a hundred little chiks, and the nice lady at the register was doing the best she could having clearly been thrown into the fire unprepared.

Because of the backup of orders that she had rung up consecutively while running the front solo, she wasn't at the register for a few minutes, but we could all see what was going on and most of us just wanted to do our part to help her through it.

However...

There's always that guy who's fresh outta patience. That was my friend, who admittedly was on the heels of some bad news from home. He stormed out and walked to the taco place across the way.

The guy who was behind my friend in line was almost done eating by the time my friend returned with his other food, having just been served.

The craziness with the new girl? She didn't flinch and got it done. The food was hot and fresh... Best damn baby cheeseburger...

My name is Emily I actually used to work at this location & the lake city one and every time I come here I have a issue and Rachel is always working she doesn’t give people the right amount of food they pay for she thinks she owns the place because she has been working there so long I like her as a person but she doesn’t need to be handling food I paid 5.02$ for my chili cheese fries and I will drop the picture of what she fixed me she always runs to fix the food first instead of letting the people in the back do it if I go to another Krystal’s my fries would have been fine but not with her someone should really speak with her about this has been going on for years I got breakfast one morning she gave me a bowl that she pre made out the warmer not even hot then I brought it back telling her I used to work here you know I know you pre made these just to get better drive thru times like don’t do that to people she wouldn’t like it if someone did this to her spending her own money it’s just sad
