Edit: 12/23/2022: Do not waste your time. This place used to have amazing service, the manager was excellent, staff was friendly. Orders were ready by the time you got to the window and served with a smile. That is sadly no longer the case. Since their renovation, during which they fired their entire staff including the manager, this place is a waste of your time and money. Spending half an hour to an hour waiting from the time you pull in, until you get your food is common. Lines don't move, they are always serving only about half the menu, due to constantly being out of items. Maybe it's a supply chain issue, but the items rotate, out of one today, another tomorrow, a new one next week. Staff is absolutely RUDE! Each one seems to have some place they'd rather be, and clearly have no interest in being there working. The amount of time I've spent sitting at the window and in a parking spot waiting for food is astounding. The kicker is when you finally do get your order, there is a 98% chance it's wrong, not just oh they added tomatoes even after I asked them to hold it, but completely wrong items, or just missing. If you have one of the 2% of orders that's accurate, be sure that something will still be messed up, like the cheese on your quesidilla still being in shreds. Don't bother asking for them to give you the missing items or replace what they made wrong, despite it being wrung up correctly. If you get it at all, plan on waiting for 10-30 minutes. I keep going back hoping that they will get it together, after all, I do like the food (at least at other locations). Well, I've learned my lesson, I won't be going back, ever.

Read moreWe went here and ordered at the kiosk, then we asked for soda because you have to ask because its behind the counter? This younger person had such an attitude when me and my mother asked for a soda and a water. They slammed it down in front of us and rolled their eyes at they went back to work. I know food service is hard so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. We got our food and they forgot my nacho fries. A couple next to us also had like 4 of their items missing and had brought it to attention as well. I politely went up to the same person and said hey I'm sorry but they forgot my nacho fries. They rolled their eyes, ignored me and kept doing ordered, after 5 minutes of waiting the manager (I'm assuming they were the manager) came up and asked me what I needed, I told her and she said guys you forgot her nacho fries, the young person again got them and kinda threw them in the bag and rolled their eyes again. I was appalled at how they were so unfriendly. Everyone in that environment seemed so unhappy and again I know food service sucks but at least maybe try to seem happy? Read moreNot one, not two, but THREE ABSOLUTELY awful experiences at this specific location. The first time we get to the drive through at approximately 8:30pm nobody ahead of us in the drive through and we get told that it might be a short wait. So we wait about 10 minutes sitting… waiting for them to tell us we could order, and tell she tells us over the microphone that it’ll be a 20 minute wait because there’s multiple orders ahead of us when we were in the front of the line in the drive through. I understand online orders and all we were like “I guess it’s a bad night” and we left. The following time we went we went inside and ordered at the kiosk. It was a 35 minute wait, only 2 people making food with 4 employees on break all at the same. Then at the end of us waiting we asked for a bottled water that we ordered and had to ask 2 different employees while waiting at the counter because the first one went to get us one and never came back. The most recent experience was tonight went through the drive through at 10:00… meanwhile they close at 12 and we tried to order 2 quesadillas… we were told the grill was off for the night.
