Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Florida

Don't think I will be going back, 5:54 placed order was supposed to be ready at 6:13. Other people came in and ordered. They got their order on time. I asked 2 times about my order. One person said it was coming out in a few, waited some more as they got busy. Finally got tired waiting so I asked for my money back, they couldn't find my order. The man I placed the order with asked if I placed the order by phone. Told him I placed the order with him, asked if they could just refund my money and I would just leave. They acted like it wasn't a big deal that they didn't know where my pizza was. Finally they found it. So it went from a 20 min wait to a 55 min wait. No apology for the mess up. Pizza waz soggy...

6/20 - 6/26 we order a works pizza with Buffalo wings garlic knots and some other stuff at a friends house. We waited a while that part was ok since it was a big order. When we finally got the order it was a barbecue chicken with PINEAPPLES and EXRTA barbecue, like who orders that either they quickly put that pizza together for laughs and giggles or someone ordered it, anyway who ever it was eating good that night. If I could give zero stars I would. We JUST moved to FL an brand new to Live oak. We were starving an ordered papa johns through doordash an waited. When our order finally arrived the dasher apologized because she arrived to get my order an the store was CLOSED! All the lights off an no one in the building BUT my order was sitting OUTSIDE ON THE GROUND. How rude an unsanitary! Short handed or not it’s not acceptable. I’m the most laid back an understanding person but to close up before your orders are out is bad service an your closer should be replaced.
