Your copy/paste replies to negative comments say a lot about your costumer service... I didn't want anything free, not even my money back because I didn't want the food that was already cooked to be thrown away. I ordered the dish that included churrasco steak and 2 shrimps among other meats and sides. I ordered to go and checked the food box in the car, and there was no churrasco and 2 extra shrimp. This tells me they knew they didn't have the meat and put 2 more shrimp in an attempt to "balance". No one told me anything and of course, I felt cheated out of the main part of the entree. They said there was no more steak but an order had just come in (I believe it because I saw the truck being unloaded). They cooked it in 10 min and no one even acknowledged or apologized for the huge mistake until I stated to the girl that I was disappointed. Whats worse, the manager/owner was there and didn't apologize or acknowledge the error. Again, I didnt want anything free or my money back, just trying to support a local, Hispanic small business. Here's a tip, the word "perdón" is free and helps to avoid any negative reviews. No chicharron (they replaced it with over fried pieces of pork chops) 3 pieces of yucca no sauce driest grossest set up ever. El paisa- one egg no chicharron a raw sausage yea burned on the side they cut it but it was raw in the center (raw pork is dangerous man what's wrong with your cooks?). A piece of cold old "asada" that was a tough undercooked piece of falda with no flavor at all. No beans no tortillas no avocado. 3 baleadas that were the worst things ever! No cheese just beans and this disgusting shredded meat that tasted like it was scraped from the bottom of the pot! And the kicker $70.00! For what for servers that don't serve and food that's awful. Ive tried this place twice I wasnt satisfied the first time but decided to give it another try four years later my experiance was worst then the first. The food took no lie 30 minutes then my 14yr old went to the mens bathroom and it was clogged we all laughed when he told us. Well my 6yr old daughter wanted to use the restroom and she clogged the toilet shes little so we didnt need much paper well I told a server and she was like no paper should go into the tiolet because this happens. So imagine that all paper must go in trash I guess they know they have a plumbing issue. No sign said no paper. Then we were given out check 75.00 for four people that was ok but when the server gave us the tab she added the tip $10.00. I felt cheap I always tip more 18% or 20 but since she did that I was like ok so $10 is all your getting. The pupusas are not Salvadorian and authentic as I am of Salvadorian background.
