La Granja Stuart — Restaurant in Florida

Horrible experience at this specific location this evening, I’m writing this on my way home pissed af cause they threw out half of our food while standing waiting to get boxes for the rest of our food!! And clearly no one here spoke fluent English to understand that I was shocked that they just threw away half our food on the table! After almost 60$ on food and coming here constantly I felt so rushed out of here and thought yall were open til 9 and it’s 843 as I’m typing this- I’m from west Palm and have gone to several La Granja locations through out south Florida and tonight I was starving came here for food ordered 1/2 a chicken and 1-2 a fish filet dinner combo and and I can’t believe in the two seconds it took me to stand up to ask for a box they threw our food out smh 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ and then offered no solution - I’m good I’m never coming back to a place with zero problem solving...

Grethel the cashier @Stuart store (per receipt) and most of the staff treat you as if they are the ones doing you a favor. They never say thank you when servicing the customer, and actively demonstrate hostility to anyone proudly wearing the American flag. They hate speaking English. It's almost as of they hate the country they migrated to. They don't want to respect the culture, but to take advantage of the country. The food, if you know true Peruvian food, is below mediocre, very obviously reheated, and overpriced. The dessert, chocolate cake, was dry and hard as a rock. The ambiance was unwelcoming. The employees eat at their stations while handling food. Most of them are undocumented illegals working with fake papers. They will not last long. We will not help them...

I found the place not too friendly and rather inefficient. It was completely empty when we got here Friday around 5 pm.Huge dining area and we were the only ones here. Nobody explained that we can get drinks that we paid for even though we sat in front of the counter while food was made. Tip is charged up front. Food is made to order and was decent. My kids had popcorn chicken and it was very good, my burger was ok. It’s restaraunt prices ( not culverts/five guys) despite self service, so all sandwiches are $10, and entrees are in the 15-20$ range which imho for a self service diner is pricey. Not sure...
