Winn-Dixie — Local services in Stuart

Very dispointed with the service. Store had only 2 cashiers with long lines. No express line. Alot of people in the long lines were complaining. I only had 2 things in my cart so I went to the service desk and talked to the manager to find out why there were no other lines open especially an express lane. He told me that 2 people called in sick. I ask him, don't you have anyone else you can call to see if they can come in. I was in the restaurant and hotel business, and anyone who called in sick we had other employees to call to see if they would like to come in to cover the shift. Many times I was also called, and if I had nothing pending I went in to cover the 8 hour shift. Sometimes I worked a double shift of 16 hours, if I was already scheduled for the next shift. Winn Dixie is already closing up stores and I do not want to loose them. There are alot of things I get at Winn Dixie instead of Publix, because I like Winn Dixie prices better. Publix keeps raising their prices. Without Winn Dixie, Publix will become a monopoly. We don't want this to happen. Your number one priority should be good custom service. Sometimes I go to Winn Dixie to get something on sale and they don't have it, so I need to get a rain check. This is a big inconvenience because I need to use my time and gas to go back. This has happened to me in the meat and bakery...

22 minutes in the check out line at 8:00 tonite... and the customer in front of me already had his groceries rang up... it took that long for the service desk clerk to come show the cashier how to ring out a gift certificate!!! The cashier told me there was a "Publix up the road if I didn't want to wait!" Meanwhile my 3 gallons of Ice Cream and 7 pounds of ice... were melting... ALDI will have a rough time building back business!!! There wasn't one customer at the service desk... the clerk just wanted to make customers wait... NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! I regret that I spent nearly $100.00 dollars there... but I was to tired to got shop at Publix after wasting time here... next time I will drive by Winn-Dixie and shop Publix at the New CLEAN and helpful Cove Rd. Store!!!

The Winn-Dixie app is RARELY working!!! When it isn't working... You can't get Your multiplier points!!! Terrible Company to do...

If I could give the bakery department—zero , I would. I ordered my baby birthday cake since Sunday afternoon, to pick up today which Tuesday. No cake was made. I asked to speak to a manager koya, said she is the manager. She should never be because this isn’t good for business. She is so rude and arrogant. Koya the lady that pretends she is the manager doesn’t know how to speak to customers. She should never be manage this bakery department. It was a nice lady used to work at the bakery, I bet that evil 👿 Koya make her quit. I would not imagine myself to work with her arrogant attitude. I want to complain about what just happened and The store manager Dexto is worse than her. He tried to close my mouth with a$10 gift card.
