PLEASE FORWARD MY REVIEW TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS: I am Writing This Review For Two Reasons. Number One, My Poor Experience With Your Organization Did Not Reflect Your Website and What It Stands For. Number Two, You Have Two Employees Named Laurie Daube And Wendy Goodman Whom Did Not Display The Appropriate Caring Character Traits That Is Needed For Their Job Position. Anyone Without a College Degree Can Log In Information Into a Computer and Write Notes. I am An Etiquette Specialist. What IS Most Important When Dealing With The Senior Citizen Population Who Are About To Lose Their Roof Over Their Head, Is To Show Each and Every Person That: "You Care, Show Each Person That Walks Through Your Door Empathy, Compassion And Sensitivity. The Two Times That I Spoke To Wendy Goodman by Phone, She Spoke to Me as If It Were a Bright and Sunny Day. There Was No Empathy, No Compassion, and No Concern for My Well Being. Just By Her Tone of Voice, She Lacked Empathy and Compassion. She Could NOT Relate To My Position and What I Have Just Been Through, Which is Cancer. People Come to You Because They Are In a Crisis, Through No Fault Of Their Own. I Did Not Expect to Have Cancer. It Takes Courage To Ask For Help And I am Very Sorry That I Believed Your Website Because Your Two Employees Did Not Reflect What Your Website States. Your Employee Laurie Daube, Did Not Display Any Signs Of Empathy or Compassion Either. When I Asked Her To Please Have One of The Board of Directors to Please Contact Me, She Stated With Sarcasm "That's Not Happening". Again, Anyone Can Log Information Into a Computer, But, It Takes Compassion and Empathy For Another Human Being, Along With Sincerity To Truly Make Another Human Being Feel Cared About Because Your Website States "Assist and Help". I Believe That Whomever Hired Laurie Daube And Wendy Goodman, Did Not Explain to Them, That Compassion and Empathy Should Be Displayed to Each and Every Human Being that Walks Through Your Door Asking for Help. And It Should Of Been Explained Because Caring Is What Your Website Is About and Compassion and Empathy Displayed Is "Caring". I Am Writing This Review Because I Feel Each Individual Who Walks Through Your Door Asking For Help is , Because They Are In a Desperate Place Through No Fault Of Their Own and Should Be Treated With the Utmost Respect Along With Compassion and Empathy as Each Case Is Unique and Different. Also, It Was the Attitudes of Wendy Goodman and Laurie Daube Which Was Not Appropriate. It Was Their Chosen Words They Used and The Tone Of Their Voices, No Empathy, No Compassion, They Could Not Relate To My Situation. That Is What Really Bothered Me the Most, They Just Could Not Relate. If The Shoe Was On The Other Foot, And I Was Doing The Interview, I Would Of Showed The Person In Need, That I Cared, The Tone Of My Voice Would Of Been Somber, And I Would Of Exuded Empathy and Heartfelt Compassion That a Human Being Was Coming to Me Because They Were In Desperate Need Of Help, Through No Fault Of Their Own. I Hope I Provided You a Learning Lesson, That When You Hire an Employee To Do A Job, That Is So Delicate, Where Sensitivity Is Required, That You Interview Them Thoroughly And Tune In To Their Personality To See How Big Their Heart Really Is. The Job Positions That Wendy Goodman and Laurie Daube Have, Should Be an Honor and a Privilege To Them, And That Should Be Displayed In Their Words and Tone Of Voice. Unfortunately, They Were Both Lacking In Empathy, Compassion, Concern, and Caring. That Is What Disappointed Me The Most. Very, Very Sad. Sincerely,...

Best mental health providers I’ve tried in Palm Beach County. JFS has the nicest staff around and their doctors are very knowledgeable including their residents. I love Dr. H she’s the first doctor I felt has truly helped me. I love that my therapist and psychiatrist are able to communicate to create the best treatment plan instead of being in the dark like most places have been for me. Thank you so much I’m truly grateful for a facility that was able to help me when I couldn’t afford care anywhere else and it’s just amazing that they are also great people!...
