Mad Moe's Sports Pub & Grill — Restaurant in Florida

Mad Moe's atmosphere is great for watching sporting events as they have three t.v.'s outside and countless sets indoors, including some reserved for "your table only" viewing...not to mention ONE family-sized booth that is dedicated to "Dickey" Betts and PROUDLY displays photos of him; rock memorabilia about him AND even has one of his guitars hanging on the wall!!!! HOW cool is THAT???!!!! Some of the personnel that work there say he even dined there on more than ONE occasion but since he has health issues, they haven't seen him lately. The prices there are reasonable and the menu serves a variety of different dishes that are SUPER GOOD to eat!!! I'm a regular there and it's because of the three most important things when dining out: Atmosphere; Service and Food Quality. I have also eaten just about EVERYTHING on their menu, and some that are NOT on the menu as well and I have NEVER had a bad meal there. They serve alcohol too and the crowd is pretty laid back so you CAN bring your kids along too!!! Don't forget "Max" either, they have a porch/patio reserved so he/she (your four-legged furry family member) can be there too!!!! Behind the bar is usually two attendants to assist you and out on the floor the wait staff are not only friendly and courteous but polite and quick! Very FEW times do I have to "flag" for help and that is usually to get one of their t.v.'s switched to what I want to watch. You want dessert? YEP...they have ice cream; sundaes and a baked chocolate chip cookie in a skillet with vanilla ice cream scoops covered in hot chocolate syrup, whipped cream and a cherry on top!!! Unless you came with a voracious appetite I would recommend you order just ONE of these for two- four people as the dessert skillet is about eight inches in diameter and there are three scoops of ice cream!!! Like a LOT of other restaurants there ARE some items not on the menu that are available as well. Ask your waitress/waiter and if they don't know them, they will be able to get someone over there to tell you what they are. Certain days have certain menu items on sale as well so go on different days to get even MORE discounts on their already LOW prices like pizza; burgers; meatloaf; tacos; pasta;...

Not sure what it is about this restaurant but after my first visit six years ago, we just can’t get a decent meal. Atmosphere, Vibe and service is all good. But I sat with an empty soda quite a while and she didn’t ask how our meals were , which I believe is part of the “service?”

Keep coming back hoping we enjoy our meal but it just never happens . A recent visit , got a burger and fries . burger was good, but it was ruined by the side order of buttery greasy fries. not sure what they put on it but the whole bottom of basket was a yellow oily substance. The bun soaked it up and turned mushy. Fries with a burger are a must. But when they come out soggy , you wind up eating the top half of burger and whatever fries arent doused in the butter /oil.

Then the garlic /parmesan wings. There was absolutely no garlic flavor on these wings , Just a dry oily flavor to them, that same yellow buttery oil is all at the bottom of the basket. The parmesan was generously sprinkled on top, but what good is it if it all falls off because the wings are dry and dont adhere any of it. The wings were not juicy at all. The sweet potato tots were thankfully served in a separate bowl with a tasty dipping sauce . That was the highlight of the meal . We keep coming back for the food. I think the only thing we are going to get in the future is a drink. This is so disappointing because its such a convenient...

Awesome Experience. Arrived on a Friday night with a party of 8 (at 5:30pm) and were seated immediately. Server Angela was with us right away getting us started with drinks. We ordered drinks, apps and kids meals all at the same time as the adults at the table weren't quite ready to order. Angela came back a few minutes later and the rest of us ordered. The first course was delivered very quickly. The kids loved their burger and tacos (huge portions). The adults thoroughly enjoyed the Fried Pickle chips and the nachos with beef. After the app plates were cleared Angela quickly delivered our main meal. Every meal was absolutely delicious. There were no complaints from anybody in our party. Have the Short Rib Sandwich!!!! We were celebrating two birthdays and one of our party had asked as we arrived if they could do a cake or something. They said they only did cookie platter or ice cream sundae. We said not to worry about it as we really wanted cake (we should have brought our own). Anyway, a cookie platter with ice cream was delivered to our table anyway for free. It was fantastic!!!
