Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Florida

Just had their pizza for the first time, I ordered a bit of a confusing pizza and we had a misunderstanding over the phone when my husband arrived to pick the pizza up it was not exactly what I had ordered so they offered to remake!! I'm pregnant and picky so I was very thankful they did so at no cost once we got home with our pizza it was HOT, FRESH, FULL OF TOPPINGS AND VERY VERY GOOD!! We thought the indigents were a tad large but still enjoyed very much 😉 we will be back thank you for the great customer service and good food.

Update: I've been ordering from this location for over 5 years and they have really gone down hill. Last order two weeks ago my pizza was so soggy it was inedible. This week I ordered delivery said 8:14 estimated delivery time, tracker showed 8:20 however arrived at almost 8:40. Then when I called to check the status whoever answered the phone was very rude and pretty much insinuated the tracker is not accurate and I "should have just known that...... When you have 4 kids waiting it's unacceptable. Now my pizza is wrong....

There pizza 🍕 was good but the service was not efficient and could Care less about my pizza 🍕 was done and just setting there and no one cared that I was standing there for 10 minutes and finally had to ask someone if they were going to give me my pizza 🍕 and then they asked if I had paid for it I paid 20 minutes before it was done and it was cold by the time I got it home and was able to eat it very disappointed ☹️ then when they replied to my review Thay wanted to make it right so I did what they asked to leave a review on there Marco's site and I did but nothing ever happened now I'm not going to go back to them for pizza or anything else very disappointed ☹️ I went to tellmarcos and Thay did absolutely nothing I never heard from them again and I thought they would respond but they never did very very...

I called in my order for delivery I ask about specials two large 12.99 each two toppings. I said ok cheeses and sausage thin crust. I asked my wife if she wanted onions with one of them she replied yes. The girl said we have yellow and purple onions. I said can we add onions to one of them. We get our delivery. I get one cheese and sausage and one plain onion. I called back, and the same girl answered and acted like she didn't know anything about it. After leaving me on hold, she said, "What did i want?" I told her I wanted what I ordered she then pit me back on hold and then came back and said they would send it out. I gave the driver the onion pizza and got the new one. I open the box, and 80% of the toppings are all the way at the back of the box. One big glob of a mess. Needless to say we didn't...
