Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Florida

Last week I placed an order over the phone, originally it was carry out and I called back and said it would be for delivery instead, and you guys charged my card. When the pizza was delivered, my husband gave Taylor the Driver with Dreads, the cash for the pizza, he didn't know that my card was charged. I called the store today and spoke to the manager and explained the situation and she told me that there was nothing they could do for me. First of all let me start off by saying, I have been a customer of yours for the past 5 years that I lived in Orlando, and have always preferred you guys as my number 1 pizza place, and to know that there is nothing you can do for me, is quite upsetting, especially when you guys took $60.00 + for 2 pizzas and some wings. I know we are all dealing with the pandemic but your driver couldn't possibly think that we would give her a $30 tip, that's a 100% tip, where do you find the logic in that? I called the store to try and see if there was ANYTHING, anything at all that could be done, and the answer was a flat out "No, next time...

First I went to marco pizza (goldenrod) and I was delighted. Then I went to this location (Woodbury) and sadly I had a Bad experience, I ordered pizza and chicken wings, the pizza seemed lack of cheese, compared to the one at the Goldenrod store, and for the kids I ordered chicken wings, and you know what! the chicken wings were cold inside, cold as from the refrigerator, if I had had a thermometer I would say that they were between 41 to 50 degrees (Fahrenheit), when it is supposed to be more than 135 degrees for hot food, I am going to write a note to the Department of Health (DOH) so that they will visit them more often for giving meals with temperatures in the danger zone (41 to 135) that is where bacterias proliferate more! and more in meats, in this case chicken, unforgivable!!! I do Not recommend this place at all, where it shows that they do not cook the food well and follow safety food procedures. Be careful about your health when eating food...

I placed a order online from my car I witnessed employees who delivered coming in and out and scratch their private parts, hair, and other body parts. I wondered if they were going to wash their hands and put on gloves so I went inside and the ones delivering were standing around waiting to deliver orders hands not washed and I stood there and noticed NO ONE WAS WEARING GLOVES they were playing in the toppings it was DISGUSTING!!!! I could have easily recorded but I chose not to the cashier placed my order on the counter and I said to her so this is what you do in here NO ONE WEARS GLOVES and she softly said no and I said to her I DON’T WANT THIS and she went behind the wall and a young man in a green shirt came out and asked me if I wanted them to put on gloves and redo my order I said NO I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!
