Let me start by saying I love Papa Johnās weāve been ordering from this place so many years and what just happened yesterday ,last night itās something horrible and very bad customer service and I just canāt past that and I have to share it and write it down.. Last night around 6 PM we ordered two pizzas, just like we always do once a week ordering two pizzas. The estimated delivery was around 35 to 45 minutes which is fine I understand busy and I donāt have no problem to wait even an hour thatās not an issue but around 8:35 PM my pizza is nowhere and I was wondering if I should check my status which I did and it was telling me ādeliveredā!?? Delivered?? Where?? š¤ So I called the store itās in Saint Augustine Murabella location. So I called the store and the guy named Josh or John I donāt really remember picked up the phone and I told him whatās my problem and Iām wondering where is my pizza?! Then he said oh it got delivered it got picked up by the doorDash person and they delivered it to the wrong address who knows where!??! He was rude about it he wasnāt helpful at all he wasnāt make me feel like Iām a valued customer and he wasnāt trying to solve my problem which was a huge issue because in customer service you have to make the customer happy and fix the problem right away! Am I right? So he was kind of telling me that there is nothing much he can do about it because my pizza got delivered!!? I said hold on wait what?? You guys made a mistake and now there is nothing you can do for me? Then he said he can make another one and MAYBE deliver it but I have to wait for a long time because all the drivers are out and they are behind anyway so MAYBE he just refund and not making a new one!!?? At this time it was past 9.15 PM and the store was closing around 10pm. He was calling me stubborn and he was calling me names ,me as a customer i was insulted through the phone by this man who called himself a manager who then later told me heās only 19 years old!! Disrespectful!! Unacceptable! My question is why are you guys letting kids working there and not doing a responsible job because this was not the first time! I was waiting on a pizza for so long before too but Iāve never said anything also so many times the pizza arrives very cold and like two hours later but I never complained but this is ridiculous and this is too much and I know I had to say something about it!! When he was calling me names and when he wasnāt trying to fix my problem just yelling at me because we were waiting on our dinner and he didnāt give a damn about it I was mad at him and I was raising my voice too of course which I said sorry later ! So end up he said heās going to refund but Iām not sure I will ever see my money nor my pizza so this was a very very bad experience with Papa Johnās and Iām not sure I will continue to give my money to this company any further!! And I also use my Papa dough $10 and I donāt think I will ever...

A meats pizza and a pepperoni and bacon pizza were both missing pepperoni. we had three other sides on our order and the sides were fine. we called and spoke to owner, asking if they were out of pepperoni and he said no we have pepperoni. so we explained That both pizzas were missing pepperoni and raw. he said he would refund and void the ticket and then put a note for us to get two pizzas another time. which we said we didnāt care about but appreciated the refund. go to look today. A $62 order he refunded $18⦠I will break it down for you. Jalepeno Bites $7.99, cheesesticks $8.99, cinnamon pull apart $8.99, family deal large 2 topping and large specialty both with epic stuff crust $32.99 equaling $58.46, $62.99 with tax. so my husband called and all he wanted to say is Iāll send you pizza now, which we donāt want! So then I called. Same thing. He kept telling me well your sides were fine And listed the prices of those but yet couldnāt look up the price of a family special with both epic stuffed crust would say well system only says $18 to refund for two pizzas. I said I will pay for the sides, I just wanted pizza refunded and I do not want pizza sent to me.but kept demanding that he deliver pizzas whenever Iām home, or come up and get 1,2,3,4 free pizzas or whatever I want. Just crazy youād rather give me 4 pizzas over a refund for the two I am asking for? Every time I tried to speak on the phone he wanted to cut me off every time and talk louder repeating himself a million times to where I had to be quiet. So finally lost my cool when I couldnāt be heard as a customer when he kept demanding that I listen to him then he started cussing. first off the pizza was absolutely disgusting, but does not come close to the disgusting human thatās the owner. Who also claims he doesnāt care about any reviews any customers leave. (Because I mentioned all his bad reviews lately) he then hung up on me. so here is his review, that I told him I would leave since he doesnāt care but maybe someone ordering from here will and will go to one of the other 10 pizza places right here in Murabella and have way better luck! Ā Ā Ā Read moreIf I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a delivery on a Wednesday night at 7pm. I was at work and had ordered online for my husband and kids. I called and they said the driver left at 8:20 and if he wasn't there in about 10 minutes to call back. Thr pizza finally arrive at 9:15 right before I got home from work. I decided to call because at this point my husband and kids were very hungry and so they are eating cold pizza at 9 o'clock at night. When I called I asked to speak to a manager and the guy on the phone said that he was the manager. He seemed really nice and told me they can send me another that night or I can get it another day and he would waive the delivery charge. He said he would save it in their computers to my number so they would know when I called. I called back four days later and a guy answered the phone and I explained the situation. He put me on hold and I guess asked someone. He then got back in the phone saying that they couldn't send me another pizza because they sent me out another one the night of the incident. No pizza ever came that night as I had told them that I didn't want another one that night. He said that he was speaking with the manager that I had talked to that particular night and that he said we had already received the pizza. The guy on the phone was rude and as far as the manager if you can't do simple things like correcting an issue that happened while you were on duty then maybe they should reconsider who they promote to managers. I have never been so upset and we order pizza quite often but this location will never again get...
