Waited two hours for my food, they had an extremely busy night and clearly understaffed for the amount of customers and traffic they had. I have sympathy and understanding for the fact they had a horrible rush however there was not enough efficiency going on and everything moved extremely slow. Their app had service issues and the order I made somehow wasnât being processed but showed in their system. By the time I went to the window for pick up is when I was made aware which sucked because I had just waited over 45 minutes in line to get to the window due to how busy and overworked everyone was along with not being able to keep up with orders. The gentleman that helped had asked me to pull back around in the line and by the time I got back to the window my food âshould be doneâ mind you no one was aware of the line wrapped around the building due to the intense rush. The line ended up being an additional hour. By that point I went inside to wait another 30 minutes to get to the counter to pick up food that was extremely cold and soggy and not worth the wait for fresh food after 2 hours. I asked the manager for a refund at that point and told her why I was asking and made her aware of how poorly everything was being ran due to the rush. She wrote a note on my receipt and had told the girl at the counter to put it somewhere safe for her so she could process the refund that night due to the fact sheâd be staying back late. This was a week ago now and I have yet to see a refund. My issue with this situation is how overworked everyone was knowing they had a promotion going on and not effectively planning and how much of a nightmare and inconvenience it was for most guest some of which I spoke to whom just flat out left the line, but mainly for the service after the fact when trying to be reassured Iâd receive a refund for food that wasnât even close to mediocre due to it sitting for so long and horrific wait times. In sure on another occasion this might have been pleasant but not being followed up with after my request is why I wouldnât give the place a...
Read moreThe food was so delicious. But the service from I believe was the manager, was distasteful, and unprofessional. It was my first time at the establishment after my mother referred me to go there for a delicious BLT. So I was not too knowledgeable on what exactly I was ordering. I ordered a choose 2 which is a 1/2 a sandwich and another 1/2 sandwich or soup, salad, chili, etc. I thought a choose 2 was 1/2 sandwich and chips but once I payed attention to my receipt I was actually charged for my chips and drink âŚso Iâm still missing the other portion of my choose 2 meal..this manager argued me up and down that the 1/2 sandwich and chips was apart of the choose 2 when it wasnât (you can look online and see that thatâs not even an option) after arguing with me saying I was wrong for 10 minutes and saying getting 2 sandwichâs wouldâve been more ($16, which is exactly what I paid on the receipt I gave back to her) she turned away from me stormed off and voided out my whole order and all I wanted was my other half of my sandwich as I am pregnant and very hungry.(all I wanted was what I paid for not a refund) âŚI made it clear that all I wanted was my other half of my sandwich so she finally made it and when I got it it was so sloppy, not how I asked for it and she gave me half a pickle. Very petty if you ask me. After handing me my order she also told me have a nice day in a very snotty unpleasant way. If I ever go back, itâll be the one in tampa. HORRIBLE SERVICE when I gladly spent my hard earned money here and only wanted what I paid for. I am African American so this is in no way a racial thing, but to be clear it was the African American woman working. Right is right, wrong is wrong. Everyone else was trying to be very accommodating except her and it was clear that they couldnât do anything unless she...
Read moreTook about 10 minutes to even have one of the 12 employees standing behind the counter to take our order. It took another group of people waiting to make the cashiers acknowledge our presence. Additionally there was next to no other customers in the restaurant.
I appreciate that they are giving jobs to seemingly younger people but they probably should do better training to teach them acknowledge customers. Now the cashier we got was really nice, she must be the hardest worker there as she came from the back and was the only person helping aside from the food runner.
There is also an overwhelming scent of mildew in the air which makes it really unappealing to stick around while waiting for food. Also with how much it cost, how long the whole experience took I could have just gone to a restaurant. With other customers, the cashiers didnât even acknowledge them, just waited for customers to walk up themselves.
Got the food as to go, the sandwiches were wrapped and sealed so couldnât truly check it without fully open it without fully unwrapping it and unsealing it. Got home and one of the sandwiches was incorrect and we had an extra soup that we did not order.
The bread on one of the sandwiches tasted/felt stale. The bacon on the sandwiches and in the soup was basically raw, and Iâm not team crispy bacon but bacon should probably not be that chewy. It was hard to enjoy everything with the overall experience and cost. Most likely...
