Good luck getting your entire order. I ordered a quarter pounder. That was a nastiest looking Quarter Pounder I think I've ever seen. This was unedible. This quarter pounder looks like it was cooked in the microwave until the cheese had melted off unto the cardboard and just crunchy melted to the cardboard and and the bread just hard rock hard. I attempted to call the store but there was no answer. There was no way to leave a message. I went so far as to email McDonald's so they could take care of this issue since my local McDonald's couldn't answer a phone for 6 days. Also I think it's ridiculous that I have to keep wasting gas turning around and going to pick up food that's not put in my bag. And I'm supposed to smile and be polite. Well I have smiled and been more than polite. Here's how it goes you go through a drive-thru you don't always eat it in the car. You drive all the way home to sit down to find you don't have all of your food or your child doesn't have all of their food. What do you do? Try to contact store and they never answer the phone? So you get into the car leave your food to get cold and nasty so you can go get your child's food. I am really not happy with this restaurant. The workers seem friendly enough. The managers they help the employees. I sit here and watch everybody work together. But my order is wrong about 50% of the time. It's very concerning. I cant be the only one. I've had chicken nuggets that taste like cardboard like extremely hard. Like they've been put in the microwave for 20 minutes. I've been told several times that their ice cream machine was down and then I would ask somebody else and their ice cream machine would work all of a sudden. So someone has special powers. I have kids and I visit McDonald's quite often. I continue to think things will get better at this location and well it just never does. It's always something from the cold french fries to the rock hard Bread on my Quarter Pounder with the cheese melted to the cardboard wrapper. Or the forgetfulness of the employees. I understand it's hard to get everything right all the time. But can we strive for more than 50%.

Read moreThis mcdonald’s continues to disappoint. One time I had ordered a sprite with my food and I never even got one. I filed a complaint and all that I got was an apology and not my money back. Another time I had a mobile order and I pulled up and to the drive through and told them this. They said they couldn’t find it and asked me what the order number was. I told them it and they said it wasn’t there. They asked the address I ordered to and said it wasn’t there’s, but I had ordered there many times and even checked online and it was the right address. I never got my food even though I was charged. I didn’t get my money back either even though I had filed a complaint online and never got a response. One time I went here on my break with my friend and we had two orders. They gave my friends order to someone else and we had to wait longer for it while I was on a time crunch. I went here today for my break and they got my order wrong once again. I got the wrong sandwich, one which I don’t like, even though I had paid for something else. I couldn’t go back and ask for them to fix this because I had to go to back to work and the line went around the whole store. They also act like customers don’t exist at night. I went here with my friend 10-15 minutes before closing, and no one treated us at the voice box so we pulled up to the first window. No one was there. We had to order online and pull up to the second window to specifically request for them to made an order we had already paid for after being ignored. There was also another customer trying to get food at the drive through that night who was ignored. He left but we stayed because a store should stay true to its hours. Read moreI placed a mobile order 40 minutes before they close so when I get there to pick up my mobile order they said we are closed with the window shut not even opening it to speak to me. I then had to show her my phone stating that I had a mobile order number she proceeded to open the window told me sorry they have to close their fryers down at a certain time... so is that 40 minutes before you close you shut your fryers down because I'm pretty sure that's not how a business should be ran. Every single time I go to the two on South Florida Avenue that are both about the same distance from my house. If it is an hour before closing time they either don't answer the speaker, don't come to the window, they'll pass by the window and clearly see me there whether I have a mobile order or not most of the time they don't even check until I have to literally sit there for so long and then hold my phone up to the window so that they see that I have a reason to be there because I had already purchased food. I'm going to start driving further for more accommodating McDonald's that I have been there close to close and they have been very nice, not at all like...
