I been coming here regularly for about 6 months now. Natalie is very talented & I trust her 100% with my nails, they come out amazing every time. She always gives me exactly what I ask for & when I can’t decide on a color or style I give her creative freedom because I know that no matter what she does I’ll like the end result. She is so so sweet, I’ve had a pleasant experience every time I’ve come. They aren’t the cheapest but definitely worth it! I have tried other nail spas and none of them compare. Right before Christmas I got a dip manicure on my real nails I’d been growing out for months, when I got home I accidentally broke one and I called the salon immediately (not realizing it was 7:05 and their closing time is 7:00 pm), they answered the phone and Natalie told me I could come back in & she would fix it for me that night after they were closed so I could have it fixed before my Christmas plans the next day. Talk about amazing customer service! The fix was also free of charge even though she had to put a fake acrylic nail on in order to match the length, and it wasn’t her fault it broke to begin...

This is my go to nail spot. I’m not one to go on a regular schedule for a full set or gel nails but occasionally I’ll splurge. I mostly just like to have a simple pedicure done. They don’t pour on the pressure to upgrade. I know they see my sad finger nails and that’s why they ask if I’ll be adding a manicure. 🙈 But the staff is friendly and courteous. They make you comfortable and speak to you. I love the remodel. It’s so pretty from floor to ceiling! The new chairs are amazing for a relaxing chair massage. They have a terrific collection of colors and the nail techs are skilled. Mimi is my favorite to visit. She has a beautiful smile and remembers details from conversations, and considering I’m not a regular that impressed me. Went in to have get my dip manicure redone. The staff was very nice but did a horrible job with the dip manicure. My cuticle was cut and bleeding from the drilling process, and she didn’t use the dehydration liquid prior to starting the dipping process. I picked out a light pink color and the lady used a clear pink tinted powder so you can see the natural nail. She asked me if it was ok but I had no idea that it was clear until she put the final topcoat on and it was too late by then. One of the nails has gold flakes and it wasn’t filed down smooth so it is all bumpy. The edges around the cuticle are already showing signs of lifting because she made them so wide.
