McDonald's — Restaurant in Florida

Today, decided to come again, 2 weeks later, and still as slow as molasis.. there are 2 drive through lines and they were taking MULTIPLE cars before they came to my line.. you would think they would try and do something to help this mcdonalds out.... NOPE... its been 30 mins... still waiting. This McDonald's is by far the worst I have seen. They are so slow, and unbelievably rude most the time. I have been here on multiple occasions and it has never been a good visit. Whether it's the wrong order, or taking half an hour in the drive thru. I didn't want to write a review but it's getting out of control, tonight, I went through the drive thru and ordered a few ice creams, first off, the wait, was outrageous! Secondly, I got to the window, and the blonde heavy set lady with the glasses looked miserable as hell! Didn't even make me feel welcome as a customer. She had no customer service skills what's so ever. after she took my card and the rest cash she came to the window and said "I need .42 cents still" with the rudest tone of voice and no manners. I gave her the change. I then proceeded to wait another 10 mins for my order. This McDonald's is in a desperate need for a whole new crew, and I know this as a manager at a few other restaurants. Management seems to be a problem, and also not hiring people who obviously have the skills to qualify, you don't just hire anyone who walks in. They all need to be retrained and taught basic customer service skills, "thank you, have a great night, hope to see you again!" Everyone I come it is so bland like no life, no want to be there... I'm honestly going to start driving out of my way to the other side of the town just to visit a McDonald's, when I love 5 mins from this location, or may be i won't visit a McDonald's at all......

Went thru drive thru and order food then paid at first window second window I asked for a extra sweet&sour and the manager said I needed to pay extra so I went to hand her my card and she says she has no register and that I had to walk inside for one sweet and sour!! Meanwhile I have a sick child who I shouldn't have brought in the store yet had to. I go inside and talk to the lady at the front counter and she then tries offering me a free extra sweet and sour without knowing what had just happened I tell her no ma'am I must pay for it as I am getting extra and paying for it wasn't the issue it was the fact I had to bring my puking toddler into the establishment putting everyone else at risk of getting sick for pure laziness and by their manager at that! Miss Debra did a fantastic job with handling the situation and apologize for her managers actions and they way the situation was handled!!! Oh and even offered to carry my drinks out to the car cause my hands were full with my sick child!!! Hopefully her manager can take a couple notes from her or Maybe they should switch their job titles around!!! Thanks so much to miss Debra and if you see this keep up the great work your customer service is impeccable!! These stars...

This McDonalds on Hwy 441 in Okeechobee, Florida does a pretty decent job with getting orders out on time and correctly to you. Here I haven’t had too many mishaps. I’d like to give a shout out to the morning crew this AM shift 10am - always greets with “Will you be using your McDonalds App?” (of course) and at the window it’s smiles for days with them.

This McDonald’s on Highway 441 in Okeechobee, Florida, consistently delivers orders on time and accurately. I haven’t encountered many mishaps during my visits. I want to express my gratitude to the morning crew during the 10 a.m. shift. They always greet customers with a cheerful “Will you be using your McDonald’s App?” and their smiles at the window are infectious.
