As a paying customer I felt appalled at the way the female manager who seems to be running the show was treating the employees I felt like it was very unfair to them. She looked at me and asked what did you order and I told her I ordered a large fry and she turned to the employees and barked at them saying “this man has been waiting way too long for his large fries can someone please get him a large fry right now?!” Meanwhile I have been waiting for all of 30 seconds after making my order. Other costumers who weren’t waiting long at all either looked very uncomfortable too so I know I’m not the only one who feels this way. This is a message to the female manager in the Black “BTB” collared company shirt there is a great book I think you need to read. it’ll really help you truly know how to manage your crew and earn their respect and hearts. it’s called how to Win friends and influence people by Dale Carnegie. Obedience under a cracking whip will always be with a grudge. Employees that are persuaded to obey by kind words of affirmation will be the employees who will follow you wherever you go. Please be the person that you would like to be lead by. I know you wouldn’t want to be barked at like that. Buy the book! It’s a good one that’s been around for many decades. Read moreTerrible experience due to ridiculous changes made by MacDonald's. There is a huge separation between restaurant and customers since nobody is at cashier anymore. Employees act like there is no need to attend anyone...and what used to be a worldwide standard of fast service has become a tedious visit. MacDonald's founder's vision on what he saw important and the base for the empire, has been imploded by current CEOs ...following Walmart and other business where a customer is being hired "for free" to do the attending service (eliminating the true customer service excellence) ...and the savings of not having anyone to serve customers did not become a discount or lowered price of the goods. There is a trend that has been growing where employees do not care to serve....and actually they feel like they are being disrespected if anyone asks for what is expected. MacDonald's fries have a standard that is written on the Company Standard procedures books (like all the other procedures for each item prepared at the restaurant) and the procedure used to state that a customer is not meant to notice the white and yellow stripes on the French fries box...and if anyone does, it means they are not getting the proper amount of fries...now, try to point that when it happens to you and wait for their response. The low rate given at this review is not meant to this specific restaurant...it is to every MacDonald's that is adopting the procedures that drive...
Read moreI would be careful, I found a fried bee in my french fries at this location. Before i found the bee though, i was upset because my fries were cold. I returned my meal and got my money back.
Update 4/27/24- This is seriously the worst McDonalds around here. My fries are always cold if I don’t request them fresh and always get old burnt burgers on my Big Mac and happy meals. Like don’t they have a timer for fries. And whoever is making the burgers needs to stop. The Hispanic girl who works the second window is extremely rude and doesn’t know how to do her job CORRECTLY. She should be FIRED! I’m always missing items when she is working. And when I come in to tell her I’m missing something she makes me wait 20 minutes and by that time my food is cold. If she checked the order ticket and then the bag I wouldn’t have to complain every time she’s working. The manager has some screws loose but will make sure you get what you need and then some.
