It was a joke I will never eat there again I went in there was only six people in there they were waiting for their food I was up at the counter to order there was one man in front of me he took his order then she told me to wait and she had to take care of the drive-through because she was short staffed I said okay she takes care of three people to drive through she comes back to me and tells me she cannot wait on me she cannot serve me because it's just too busy all I wanted was a number two meal. Read moreI work on the computer all day and went in to order and eat. They refused me counter service to take my order. They referred me to a kiosk to put my order in the guy was talking to me from the other side of the counter. I ask him again to take my order 1) did not really want to touch a public machine just before I ate. 2) did not want to mess with another computer after work, no matter how simple. ( I'm sure these guys feel like making tacos after work) 3) I went to the counter for service rather than drive through. Human interaction is not bad. The guy said if I wanted help he would send some body to help me. All this effort and he could have just taken my order. Read moreAbsolutely poor customer service. Ordered at the kiosk and chose the pay-at-counter option. Stood there waiting for someone to acknowledge that I needed their assistance, then went to pay in cash and was told that they didn’t have change for a $50. What???? A national chain that can’t make change for a $50 dollar bill at lunchtime? Absurd was to do business. We ended up using a card to pay. The order came and I realized that my strawberry frozen drink wasn’t with the order. It was explained to me that the machine wasn’t working. I guess that wasn’t important to mention while they were fulfilling the order. Then of course having the upcharge that I paid refunded became too much of a challenge so they refunded the full amount of the drink rather than just the upcharge. I’ll never go back.
