McDonald's — Restaurant in Florida

This place has THE worst customer service staff I have ever encountered. They are very unprofessional, impolite, unpleasant and negligent staff. They closed down in the middle of the day. I was in drive thru and waited over 20 min, when it came my time to order, a gentleman came to the speaker and states, “ we are closed and will reopen in an hour”… How can a place just decide in a middle of the day on Sunday around 1pm just to stop serving. I refused to leave and drove to the window like I normally would if I had ordered. They took the money from the white suv in front of me and gave her the food and refused to come to the window. I waited what seems to have been 10 minutes, very frustrated as you can imagine. There were 3 staff members just standing around and talking, you could see them laughing to each other, when one of them noticed I was video recording she came to the window. Very rude ” yes?” So i voiced my concern and asked why they are closing at 1 pm on Sunday, no notice outside to make people aware so we are not wasting time sitting in drive thru and waiting for no reason.? She shouts “ we are closed” “ i have to leave, we don't have second shift here, I politely asked to speak to a manager and not argue with her. Manager, identifies herself after I asked what her name is, however, very vague and unclear name she gave me ( but its in the video)… again she shouts …yes? So harsh and nasty, unprofessional,, states she does not have the staff to continue orders, they have too many deliveries or something along those lines. Straight out refused to take my order, I only wanted coffee and one other thing and had i been notified or aware I would have gone to the gas station across the street. Wow !!! To run a business like this and be so careles, rude, incompetent and unprofessional, just disturbs me. I have a video of the whole conversation with the team, in the same amount of time or probably less, they could have served me coffee and a sandwich and I could have paid and gone about my day, in less time than standing there looking like lazy bums refusing to serve their paying customers. What a shitshow of a place. Will report to BBB and corporate. No words to describe the dissatisfaction and disappointment. Will never go to this place again, i can imagine they can care less, but with that mentality and work ethic this place will shut down. Someone from upper management or leadership might want to visit and witness this...

The Worst McDonald's ever!! First of all when we walked in there was food and fries all on the floor and tables dirty. The bathrooms was disgusting and nasty and had no toilet paper. We tried ordering our food and half way through the order the guy taking our order stopped and said he was going on break and a girl that was off the clock and leaving finished taking our order. Then he had added 2 cheeseburgers to the order that we didn't even order. After he left us standing at the register halfway through our order and after he clocked out for break he orders his food and fixes it before the customers got theirs. Then after 30 minutes of waiting for our food and nobody was in the line or lobby while the manager is the only one working the whole front and drive thru cause the other employees are standing propped up against the counter some of them decided to start calling out #'s for people to pick up their food like #140 #141 and nobody was even waiting but us and we was # 133. We had to tell them we needed our food and had been waiting. We finally get out food with no drinks because none of the machines was working and they couldn't even give me a cup of ice and we leave with our food to find out that the grilled chicken sandwich we ordered was crispy and not grill and the burgers was slapped together and looked like mush with ketchup all over the outside of them and the grilled chicken wraps wasn't even wrapped in the tortilla because I had to wrap them before I could eat them and they was soggy with dressing and mushy lettuce. We will never ever go to that location again and we live in the area. Not sure if it is a franchise or corporate but guarentee I will be finding out. So People Beware of this McDonald's. I have never been more disgusted and angry and my life. My four-year-old autistic ordered a Burger tonight. This Burger was RAW and I mean Raw Inside.. side I didn't notice it until he put it down after eating half of it, he could get very sick. With him being on the spectrum, he gets truly upset when he cannot finish his food. I have multiple pictures and I have contacted the CEO of the company all because the McDonald's that we got the food from their phone line is supposedly going to stay busy all night. I think it's because they have the phone off the hook because they know they messed up I know that there was someone in that building who saw that Burger was still RAW!!!! I will make sure this goes to court if my son says he is not feeling well. My son could get salmonella from this. That is a serious situation. I am not playing around with this situation. I am done these past few weeks being slapped around. This time, I am fighting this situation. I just am in disbelief. Please, do not go to McDonald's anymore they have screwed up too many of our burgers and our meals and I have had enough of coming home with the wrong food or the wrong order and then they always forget the kids meals drinks. Like always (we shouldnt have to ask for then). But Our McDonalds closer to home is way different. I visit They're almost every morning especially when I'm going to work to grab a biscuit hash Browns and A tea. .even when I am off and go home after getting my busicuit. By by mcdonalds.
