I don't think you have the staff to handle the volume of this location. I know tough times but your tables shouldn't show it... You got one of the coolest tables I've seen in a mcy D's but y'all are slacking on having those table tops cleaned off/sanitized... My fries are seldom hot and fresh...but y'all always hook it up with the sauce... One of the worst locations to try and get ice cream... Always out especially after the dinner rush... Hit the Riverdale mcds if you need you're ice cream fix any time day or night!!!
Update. July 23rd 2023 @ 2:30pm. Pulled up to drive through to order, the girl had a hard time hearing me, I had to repeat my order multiple times and finally shut off my truck so she could hear me. She then continues to tell me you don't have a double bacon quarter pounder and up charges me for bacon on my cheeseburger. I asked for no onions. Of course there was onions on it, meat was not thoughly cooked and the burger looked a mess... Fries were cold and soggy. As I left the parking lot this location was not busy. Poor customer service or management. Either way this was a horrible representation of service and attractiveness to the food, looks like a child put it together. I mean what are your employees doing. We know it's not working the registers because you encourage self order and online orders... So tell me what your employees were doing instead of taking care of your customers. Get it together. This location is an embarrassment to the McDonalds brand. Like who the hell wants soggy cold fries??? Nobody was even behind or in front of me in the drive through line i have never been so disappointed from a fast food experience...
Read moreWent there tonight for a quick bite to take home via the drive thru. Had my 4 sons with me. Did not know it at the time but one person was working both drive thrus. I sat there for a while without any acknowledgement, so I went in the restaurant to order at the counter.
Nobody else was in the restaurant besides the employees and I. It still took several minutes for any employee to acknowledge I was there. I get it that people can get busy but several employees looked at me, never said a word and even looked obviously annoyed by my presence.
Finally a short stout manager came over to me. I apologized for being in the restaurant and told her I thought perhaps that one of the drive thrus weren’t working. That was when she growled angrily that one person was working both drive thrus. I told her I understood and that perhaps that although busy, they could take just a second during the several minutes just to say stand by or acknowledge my presence, that would have been a proper or nice gesture. This apparently upset the mamger who snapped and belted out that the employee was perhaps dealing with another customer. I left it at that. I wasn’t going to argue with her.
Well, wouldn’t you know it, my order was wrong. Only person in the restaurant and I got the wrong order… I suspect this may have been done intentionally. At any rate, I will not be going back as that was an extremely unpleasant experience.

Read moreI ordered a buttermilk chicken sandwich. I didn't ask for any modifications to the sandwich. But when i got it, it had extra mayo and no tomato. The sandwich was also just thrown together inside the box. They rectified the situation promptly. However the remake was once again just thrown together in the box. And it was left up to me to piece it together in order to eat. I understand this is fast food after all and im not trying to nitpick. But when i brought the sandwich back, the girl at the register approached me with the vibe as if i was doing something wrong in asking for what i originally paid for. I dont feel as though the place of business as a whole should receive a bad review for one person rushing through making the sandwich, another having poor customer service skills. I just think they should work on handling people a little better and understanding that this is something someone is going to eat. If so, i wouldnt have any complaints. Coming from a person that has worked in food and hospitality for years from fast food chains like Arbys to Long John Silvers, taco bell, to many other more fine dining reputable...
