UPDATED REVIEW Came through today and was charged incorrectly for my order - about $9 more than my actual order. I told the person at the second window and she told me to pull into a numbered spot and someone would come out with my food/card/refund. They CLEARLY should have handled it there because they couldn’t keep anything straight after that point, also keeping someone’s card is wild. Someone came out and gave me a refund receipt for $4…for real? I told her it was wrong and I was charged almost $16 and my order was only $6 and some change, so a $4 refund wasn’t right. She apologized and said she’d get it fixed, she was really kind, I felt bad for this poor girl having to run in and out, back and forth for someone else’s mistake… I told her I just wanted a full refund and to cancel the order. She then comes out with cash, and I told her I didn’t want the cash just the full refund back on the card. She goes inside and FINALLY a manager comes out with cash in hand asking me what I ordered and saying something about their drawer being short, sounds like y’all made more than one mistake today, then? I told her my order details (this is like the 4th time I’ve had to repeat myself - it’s almost like you guys have a whole system in there you could be using for this info, but ok) Oh this was after the younger girl told me I could go inside to talk with a manager, I told her my dog was with me and I’ve already been sitting here for 15 minutes…so I guess the plan was to just keep running the girl and not have a manager step in for anything until I told them I wouldn’t be coming inside. FINALLY manager Michele comes out with another refund and apologizes BUT condescendingly throws in there “I read your order back to you…” uh ma’am - you made a mistake, and you’ve been consistently making it worse over the course of a now 20 minute exchange for a REFUND and you have the nerve to try and cover your a** and shift some of the blame onto me? I’m sorry - I’d been super understanding until that point, but that was my straw. First of all, all she said was “two cheeseburgers?” - then started taking someone else’s order, and I did in fact have 2 cheeseburgers… So I said yes, then was charged incorrectly, situation was mishandled, all while I’m dying of heat in a McDonald’s parking lot, and YOU have the gall to come out to my car and try to make this somehow my fault? The fact that she’s in management makes a lot of sense if that’s how business is run there - which clearly it is since they hand out cards begging you not to leave negative reviews and to email someone directly, and bribing folks with a free sandwich for a 5 star review. That’s bizarre. Get it together y’all.
ORIGINAL REVIEW The workers are super friendly so I really try to like this place but every time I decide to treat myself to McDonald’s and come to this location the food is awful. I don’t think I’ve ever had melted cheese on any burger, never a bun that wasn’t stale, if I ever got more than one pickle on a burger that’d be my lucky day! But today just ugh, I was served old fries and everyone knows once McDonald’s fries are old there’s no saving em, so I came back through and asked for fresh fries. They asked me to pull up to the 3rd window (which they always do and then forget your sauce so you have to swing back around) and not one minute went by and an employee asked me to try these “new” fries which were the exact same. He took them back and I know just dunked the same fries back in the fryer, which, whatever they still tasted old but at least they were hot! Only problem now is they didn’t add any salt to them after they re dropped them so I had to come home, microwave my burger, and salt my fries before I could eat my mediocre sad McDonald’s. Read moreI decided to try out the mobile ordering, thinking this would be a great experience. I placed my order and paid through the app. When I arrived at the store, I received a notification stating that they were aware I have arrived. I pulled into one of the spots and input the parking spot number. The app said it was processing the payment again, which I thought was weird because I’d already paid. Then the app tells me there was an “error on their end”. So I got out of my car to go inside. I waited at the front counter for someone to help me for 7 minutes, I couldn’t believe it. I pulled up my bank account while waiting and found that I was charged twice. Finally the cashier came to help me. I showed her my mobile order number only to find out that they didn’t show anything in their system. I then spoke to manager and showed her my account, where it’d had been charged twice. She informed me that she couldn’t do anything about that. I said okay, I’ll call my bank on that, no problem, can I just get my order? She responded “I can’t do that because the order is not showing in our system “ I was pretty upset at this point. As I had showed my bank account being charged twice by their store number, not only that I had a order confirmation within the app from their store. After all that she still wouldn’t give me my food. Not a very good experience at all. I don’t recommend the mobile ordering feature at all. Very disappointed with the customer service I received. Not much improvement. Ordered door dash and order was wrong. Instead of cheeseburger a burger came no cheese or toppings. Ordered extra ice in soda got three ice cubes. Nuggets way over done n chewy. Hubby ran out n got me a new order cheeseburger and coke. Cheeseburger is 🤮 burnt, rubbery and has an old smell to it. Gave it to the dogs and calling it a night.
Previous: Ordered food and received a burger with a bite taken out of the meat. I called and complained. Manager said name was naveia. She was almost laughing at me said it can’t be a bite. When she thought she hung up she mocked me and started whining “someone took a bite out of my burger!” My daughter immediately started recording her and twice she made fun of my name saying” yea and her name is KAREN!” She continued to discuss how she was texting someone and complaining about someone else who complained about her and that she has put in for a transfer.
