McDonald's — Restaurant in Florida

This review is based on the experience while at the establishment. When we went through the drive through we were the only vehicle there waiting on someone to start taking our order and then came another vehicle that pulled up on the side because it was a double drive through. We kept saying hello until we heard someone talking to the other vehicle that pulled up after us skipping us in the line already disappointing. We make our order and pull up to the second window after paying in the first one. Once in the second window the guy starts handing us our drinks but when we get our chocolate milkshake it was watery and we asked if they could please remake another one because the one he gave us did not looked good. They give us our happy meal and we waited for the rest. One of the crew members come to the window and ask us to pull up because they are waiting for them to make the two McChickens so I asked if we could please have fresh fries by the time we got the rest of our order they said yes. We pull up and wait on the rest of our order. He comes out with the two McChickens and small fries but forgets the #7 the two cheeseburger meal which I kept on telling him no pickels becauseofmedicalissues. Ok he comes out with the meal and then asked if it was a custom order we said yes no pickels he apologized and said he would remake it we said no we would take it just like that he said no its OK and remade them. When he comes back out to hand us our food we just took our order and pulled away for me to end up with cold fries when I asked for fresh fries 😭 it was just to much to turn around and probably get cold fries...

Would give them 0 stars if I could. Waited for 15+ mins in the drive-thru, then received cold food--unsafely cold, so cold the cheese wasn't even melted or sticking to the meat and the bun was ice cold on 4 different cheeseburgers--2 single cheeseburgers and 2 double cheeseburgers. There is no way this meets proper food temperature guidelines. There was barely a dot of ketchup on the burgers--literally looked like there was nothing there--I could definitely overlook this had the food been edible. The fries were undercooked--cold in the middle and soggy. Food was inedible and unsafe to eat. Drinks were underfilled (about 2 inches below the top of the cup and the cokes tasted bad-like cough syrup. The drink cup dispenser at the drive thru was not working right and the girl was dropping cups all over the place and putting them back. She also spilled coke and no one would help the poor girl get it back together and clean it up. I have eaten a lot of McDonalds over the years and this was by far the worst experience ever. I did not return to the restaurant as I had no confidence that it would be corrected and we were in route somewhere. Employees and management of this McDonalds clearly do not care what they are serving to their customers as they allowed this to be served. Money wasted. Also, husband had ran inside to use the bathroom and there was blood all over the sink. How are employees and customers suppose to wash their hands properly in that kind of environment, clearly no one is cleaning/checking the bathrooms. I will not...

The last two times I've went to McDonald's, I went through the drive through. First order was freshly made so that's always good. I got a fish sandwich though, or Mcfish, excuse me. But anyway, I asked for light tarter sauce because it seems no matter where I get the sandwich from, they ALWAYS put wayyyy too much tartar sauce on it, no exaggerating here either. I made the mistake of not checking my order before leaving, and yes, they put extra tartar sauce on it, again! It's almost like it was done on purpose? Regardless it's on my home so I stopped by again a week or so later. This no fish sandwich but I ordered a double big Mac. They were definitely confused for some reason but after explaining what I wanted, he eventually got it and says, oh so you want extra meat! Ok yeah, same thing so they'll work 🙄 but after that whole ordeal about the Big Mac and that I wanted "extra meat" geez...... I once again left without checking, and yes, the Big Mac did not have extra meat and most definitely was NOT a double Big Mac! They used to sale them advertised just like that, Double Big Mac! This is the second time I've asked for one and both time they've acted like they had no idea what I was saying..... It was like an ant that gets thrown off line. So they messed two orders up in two visits. The last mess up upset me, at McDonald's and myself. Won't stop me from going back but ALL orders will double triple checked before I leave...
