The woman who took our order in the drive-thru was very pleasant whenwe ordered our food which was two small vanilla milkshakes with no whip cream and two 4pc chicken nugget Happy meals with Go-Gurts, one with apple juice, the other with a milkshake. We were handed the two plain shakes and asked to pull forward to wait for the rest. It took an extraordinarily long time for the manager to bring our food out and when she did she was very rude, as though we had inconvenienced her and not the other way around. She didn't thank us, apologize for the wait, or say you're welcome when my mom thanked her for bringing the for out. Common courtesy really isn't that hard. We parked in the lot so my two small kids could eat and realized they didn't give us either of the happy meal drinks. I walked inside and the manager saw me waiting at the counter (I was the only customer there at that time) turned away and continued to bag drive thru orders for at least a minute before even acknowledging me. She was, again, rude, and when my mother had to make a SECOND trip inside the restaurant because the happy meals didn't have sauce for the nuggets the manager gave her the same treatment. My mother told the lady that she thought her attitude and behavior were unbecoming of someone in a managerial position the lady just stood there and said nothing until my mom walked away. Read morePlaced an order for two cheeseburgers, fries and tea at 10:05 a.m.. After I was told my total, I was then told I couldn't order lunch. I then ordered two sausage and cheese biscuits, two hashbrowns, and two teas. Again, I was told my total, then told I could get the fries. Ugh ! Ordered fries in lieu of hashbrowns. At the window to pay, now two people fussing over the order, and total, then finally got a new total and paid. It was then 10:11. Six minutes had passed. Went to pick up window , and was told to pull up, to wait. Finally got our order at 10:24. Had I not already paid, I would have left. Didn't go in to cancel and get refund because the staff seemed to be confused enough. I always say I'll never go back to this McDs location because of slow and rude service, but on rare occasions I do. Today was the final straw. They are historically the absolute worst McDs I, and many of my friends , have ever been too. Employees seem as though they are miserable and hate their jobs, and customer service means nothing. I will drive 15 minutes out of my way to another location to avoid this one. I would actually go to BK first, and I do NOT like BK. That's how bad this McDs is. We only do fast food about once a month. Pretty sure we'll stick with Chik- Fil-A, and I'll skip the burgers all together. And they want $15...
Read moreI placed a mobile order for curbside pickup for 4 sodas and checked in at 5:39pm (Sunday, February 23). By 5:50, I still had not received my drinks. I went inside to ask for my drinks. There were multiple people at the counter also waiting to get their orders. The "manager", Matthew, came to the counter with something and someone beside me said that he gave them the wrong drinks. I told him I had a mobile order for some drinks I placed over 10 minutes ago that I still hadn't received and his reply to me was "Well you're just gonna have to wait, chill out!" The woman next to me looked at him and then me with a face of "I cannot believe he just said that". He grabbed my drinks which had clearly been sitting on the counter forever because the ice was mostly melted, slapped it on the counter and turned to walk off. I told him he could drop the attitude and returned to my car. My husband then had to take 2 of the drinks back inside and fill them himself at the self-serve machine because they were wrong.
