I understand this isn't a 5 star restaurant and I'm not a celebrity. I have had some bad experiences with fast food but this by far was top 5 experiences for sure. Everyone is standing around talking without any clue what multi tasking is. No one greets you to let you know someone will be with you. After 5 mins a boy looks up and says yah I'm doin this so someone will (doesn't finish)..rolled his eyes and went back to bagging food(clearly a difficult task) all the kids working there were talking not addressing any customers the young man that didn't finish addressing us customers came up to the reg and took my order and then said something to an associate and walked away. So another girl employee comes up and does not make eye contact asked what I wanted to order and I said your associate took my order is there nothing on the screen? She said no proceeded to keep talking to another employee and wasn't paying attention at all. My order was not only wrong (shocker) when I asked them for the sauce I ordered the manager yells out YOU NEED TO CHARGE HER, although it was merely change the fact she is yelling out to her employee instead of apologizing for getting my order wrong and correcting it she charges me? Ghetto and unprofessional. I am waiting with another woman upfront politely and patiently and the young rude man kept dropping bags and sighing and throwing all the bags everywhere annoyed. I finally get my sauce and it is thrown into a chicken nugget box? There must be a better container, I had to take my burger and wipe it into the box the bun was so old and flaky and my chicken was so hard and clearly old I couldn't chew it. Absolutely trash. No point in trying to have them correct my food as I could see the lack of wirth ethic and everyone's conduct could care a less and it just wasn't worth getting $5 back to be subjected to the lack of professionalism and mannerism. Again I understand this is a fast food place and definitely one of the worst. Definitely not something I ever feed to my kid but we were in a jam and I needed to get food fast. Not that any of what I'm saying is going to matter because the store manager and higher ups clearly know what type of employees they have as well as their conduct as the regional manager makes frequent visits. As a business woman, even if this is just a fast food establishment you should take pride in it, appreciate you have employment and train your employees to have great customer service as this will help them in life with better future jobs and they will remember how hard you work in the fast food business, it is very character building. But the conduct and work ethic of all of the employees was unacceptable. Definitely need to do better and take pride in being a hard worker and that starts with the manager who she hires and how she sets the example with her conduct. This may be irrelevant running commentary to whomever views this but maybe just maybe a higher up will take into account I was kind and patient and with that being said consider how they take care of their location, and where they can do much much better with some accountability better management skills and training to not only have good reviews but to help these kids see what good customer service is that will only work to their benefit in the future. -respectfully an...
Read moreAbsolutely horrible experience. Took the kids there to get a couple happy meals. We go in and there's a few customers standing around. There's no cashiers at the register. We are standing there for literally 5 minutes not an exaggeration. Nobody comes the register, nobody talks to anybody. Nothing. A customer who's waiting at the register ask girl who walks by If anybody's going to help us and she completely ignored him did not say a word didn't acknowledge him in any way. So I said out loud is anybody going to help us. To which a customer tells me we had to order at that little electronic kiosk. So I'm like okay I go to it I'm starting to put my order in and literally as soon as I start doing that a customer comes in the door and the same girl walks right the register and starts taking his order. I'm like seriously what? So anyways we do get our order which was two kids meals and a large fry My granddaughter looks into the kids meals and there's no fries in either one now when I was ordering it said second side and I chose the apples which would imply the first side is fries. I asked that same girl to register about it she goes yes you do get kids meal fry with the apples so she gets them for me. As I'm walking out the door I realize we don't have our drinks. They never gave us the cups. So I go back in and we get that. Customer service has gone out the window. I mean the girl never even acknowledged the guy when he talked to her twice. Read moreDrive through order, cashier was rude, aggressive and incompetent. She asked if I was using the mobile app, I said no, I was using a card. She said that’s not what “I asked!” I said can I order? She was refusing to take my order because I was rude and talked over me. I had to sit at the 1st window waiting for them to input my order for 1 kids cheeseburger Happy Meal with fries and a sprite. At the 2nd window they were still confused about the order. I could hear this person who refused to take my order say, “that’s that old lady’s order” While the manager April handed me the kids meal. April didn’t apologize for her subordinates rude comment until I mentioned it twice. My experience tells me McDonalds only hires people who run their mouths and can’t take a simple order. The fact that the manager was at the window and talking to the other rude cashier but didn’t take control and reprimand her, or apologize speaks volumes. Never in all my visits to any McDonalds throughout the USA have I experienced such incompetence and rude aggressive behavior from a cashier/server until today.
