McDonald's — Restaurant in Florida

Both Dayna and Natasha are THE WORST "managers" I have ever met in my lifeeeeee!!!! They treat CUSTOMERS like they would their ENEMIES!!! With Danya She gave me attitude and my husband attitude about our order that they messed up! She said that we do that to get free stuff when it was just complete trash and uncooked. Everything is out of order when they work in their food is just trash simply. Natasha Told me that my two kids meals would be 35 bucks but when I went that night, it was only 19 bucks this and I got bigger fries so I know she was just doing that to be mean and because she could at the time she rang everything up four times so I couldn't even afford my kids meal for lunch. They just ate two sandwiches for 24 bucks. It's insane the way they treat people and get away with it. I've called corporate. I don't know how many times and they're still not scrubbing toilets as they should. I refuse to go back when they're working. But it has helped me to just cook a chicken sandwich at home from Walmart. The Tyson ones are banging and it's way cheaper and it's fresh so thank you so much you disgusting human beings. David and Mary are the best managers, however, I would still avoid this McDonald's unless it's later than breakfast...

I was at the drive thru last night 02/12 at around 12:15 am. I had never seen someone who worked at a restaurant get so upset for a reason that is still unknown to me. My friend was driving and ordering and she pulled up to the call box to order our food. The women working the drive thru asked her what she wanted to order and she begun to place her order but the woman would take long pauses in-between taking the order down and when my friend continued to try and say what she wanted, she wouldn't answer. Finally after a pause of about 2 - 3 minutes, she said "come on girl, why you doing this to me?" And then preceded to tell us that we were ordering wrong by not telling her what sides we wanted with our meals, even though we did. We decided to drive away because she was being disrespectful and we were tired and she started screaming at us over the speaker as we drove away. The scariest part was a different male employee staring at us out the window as we drove away. I've never had an experience like this at a drive thru and don't know how someone like that works in food service. Just wanted to tell the story so people can avoid that place and the managers...

Let me start by saying that I do not like McDonalds in the first place. I think it's a disgusting company. Despite these opinions, on new years eve even the strongest of opinions can be swayed for the fact of sheer sustenance. I was starving, as were my friends and had 0 other options for a new years eve meal. So what we ordered was an egg mcmuffin substitute regular bacon instead of Canadian bacon (aka ham), chicken tenders, chicken nuggets, mcdoubles, mcchickens, fries, hasbrowns, ice cream and dipping sauce. We got a egg mcmuffin with Canadian bacon, not regular bacon. Only one order of large fries not the 3 we ordered and paid for. Not an oreo mcflurry we paid for but a large chocolate frappuccino instead which no one even wanted. Out of the four dipping sauces we ordered: buffalo, ranch, hot mustard, and sweet and sour we only got sweet and sour, plus BBQ and honey mustard which we didn't order or want at all. McDonald's is not made to be classy food. It is designed to be last resort, and of the night, poor excuse for a lazy meal type of food and after my experience tonight, it's not even fit to be that. Just do the world a favor and resign...
