March 2024 update! New management and employees, everyone is very nice and it is MUCH cleaner. I have been frequenting this location again. Very happy to see them get things running smoothly :)

1 year since my last review, decided to give this location another try, If I had to use one word it would be disgusting! Filth everywhere. The area where the food is, the tables, the drink bar. I cannot believe the owner does not do something about this. No greeting and one employees pants were below his butt and his entire underwear were exposed and he was serving the food. No thanks. Was really hoping things had gotten better here but if you are at all concerned about cleanliness do not visit this one. If you are the owner please take care of your store :(

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. It is dirty, the workers could care less about their job, they are lackadasical and it's like you are bothering them to have them make the food. There was no ice and no one willing to get some. I was in there at 5 pm on a Friday, I was the ONLY customer there and the assembly line was disgusting. I don't get why they don't neaten things up before the dinner rush, eveyone was just standing around. They barely squeak out Welcome to Moes. I know this may sound petty but I can't express enough how unkempt the food area was. This place was amazing when it first opened but the past couple of years it has really gone downhill. I will not be visiting this one again and it sucks because I am 5 minutes from there but this was the last straw. I placed a delivery order at 5 pm and set it to be delivered by 630pm plenty enough time for the food to be made and for it to be delivered less than 5 miles away. When my food was 10 minutes late I called the store as directed in the email and they said my food was still there but the app said that it was on its way. The delivery driver passed my house twice I tried to flag him down and he kept on driving when I instructed for it to be left on the porch.Bose has no way of contacting the drivers the driver was supposed to contact me if there was any issuesor if he was lost so I could help and he didn't even bother to shoot me a text and tell me he was late he didn't know where I was almost could do was refund my money and my family was out dinnerwith everything that's going on I had to replace mamos with taco Bell and sit in a 55-minute line through the drive-through just to get. Sad i have to give it a star cause i wouldnt. Horrible customer service. I came back after having a horrible experience last time. Never will I come to this moes again. The girl manager there gave me the rudest attitude.. I tell her hello I'm here for moes Monday and she replies do have the app? I said yes. She sighs and said burrito or bowl? I said burritos please and I told her I would like cilantro lime rice and black beans.
