4 customers including ourselves have been waiting AN HOUR for food! The screen said “son” will be bringing your order- and then they cleared it! Only one employee has walked out the door and it was to sit down at the table and eat instead of bringing anyone their stuff.
You can see that there is 3 or 4 employees walking around… no one answering phones, call buttons, or bringing out food.
If you’re going to go on strike- at least tell us!

Employee sitting outside, sweet kid… tall, skinny curly brown/black hair said the people inside are intentionally clearing orders without cooking because they want to go home and don’t care. Scared to eat this food- they probably spit in it
*edit, the kid said “they told me to throw the food away. Check what they brought you because its probably not right.” He was correct, no chili on chili tots
*edit, this “manager” told us tough luck you can’t get the food you bought because you didn’t “come bang on the window after waiting”. Leaning on the table, making faces, rude. Said “why did you come so late the kitchen is closed.” We’ve been here for over an hour, more than enough time before closing

Read moreI've never had such incredible customer service at a fast food restaurant before. We thought we would hit the drive thru, but it was shut down. No problem, they have the car hop things... a very sweet young girl apologized right away about the drive thru, which she didn't need to do. When ordering, it was a bit loud. They were pressure washing the lot, and it made it a little hard for them to hear us, but the screen showed the order. Somehow, an extra burger was put on, we missed it, and it was clearly an accident. The food was brought out, that's when I noticed it. My husband just went inside, to adjust it. They took full responsibility for it, and fully refunded my card. I cant believe how amazing the manager and our very sweet server are at their jobs. We weren't even complaining, just giving back the extra food and getting it adjusted off my card. The server said it was their fault, and to enjoy a meal on them. How amazing is that? This young girl is probably working her first job, but she is really great at it. She was sincere and on top of things. She will go far in life with qualities like those. Oh, we did enjoy the meal. Read moreI went to Sonic yesterday, but the experience wasn't very good as usually goes, I had asked for two beef hot dogs, tenders for my daughter and apple juice, they failed to tell me there was no apple juice until I came up to the window and told me, the person wanted to sell me soda but I explicitly told him I didn't want soda, oh but it's a kids meal, and you have to have a drink, at this point I was 😠 and he still didn't understand I didn't want the drink for my daughter preferring a healthier choice, the guy went and got someone else a female person and more unpleasant situations went on, they had shut themselves in with windows closed and I hear rattling with the bags, because our order was served. I got suspicious as to what was going on. I had already given the guy $20 to pay my order. I sounded my clax and saw the female with my receipt and the guy by her side and asked what's going on? But since I was hot under the collar and waiting for so long, enough that other cars had also left, I asked them for my money back and left them...
