Dude where are the owners of this place? Came here with my toddler today I was completely starving (3 months pregnant) and NEEDED to eat which is the only reason I had some of my meal. I used to absolutely love Moes used to eat there at this location all the time years ago. This place is so dirty, the food just looked cold, and it was. I got a burrito and so did my little. She got milk from the little "ice tray" that I noticed had 0 ice in it and it looked warm honestly but I thought surely they wouldn't let all there sodas and milk sit warm. Well they did, had to ask for a new cold milk and they gave it to me. The chips were cold and stale, toddler had her milk and cookie didn't touch her burrito. I had like half of mine again out of pure starvation. The quality clearly went down, not the workers fault but it is a complete mess in there. Also one of the workers started cleaning with bleach right next to me and that's when I had to stop eating. Idk if the bleach part is normal or not I typically think that shouldn't be anywhere near food especially when someone is eating it smelled so potent and I felt like I was breathing it in from the spray but hey at least they cleaned the table so that's a plus. I asked for a refund I said I'll be reasonable since I did eat half (out of starvation for the 50th time) and she refunded the kids meal. I am grateful for that but I expressed how upset I was that I spent any money on that meal or ate any of it. If they gave me a full refund I wouldn't have left this 1 star but they did. Read moreI come to Moe’s of Land O Lakes on Monday & Wednesday evenings after the gym at 830pm or 9pm 1 hour or 1.5 hours before close and most of the time the chairs are upside down on the tables, there’s no music, lights are dimmed, I don’t get the big welcome to moes greeting, and the place feels very uninviting, the salsa sauces are put away, many people even ask if they’re still open bc of the unlit sign and chairs. I just wish the staff only put the sauces and chairs away 10 minutes before close not 1-1.5 hours before close. The sign is not even lit up and the place is always empty 830-9-930 because the place looks like it’s about to close. I wish the staff had more professionalism and was more inviting. They don’t even say welcome to Moe’s. The biggest reason I come is the salsa so if they put the salsa away I leave and don’t even order. The staff here drives customers away with their poor demeanor. Another thing is that the chips feel thick and hard and stale and should be fresher. I am not a fan of the new salsa. Old chunky salsa was much better. Bring that back please. Bring back the old moes. The moes by westchase of Tampa is way better. A lot of times staff runs out of veggies in evening and they don’t even make more but there’s an hour left of store being open. Tried to call the restaurant and it went to a recording stating the voicemail was full or not set up. Drove back to the restaurant. The girl behind the counter looked up but didn't speak. I said we just picked up an online order and the tofu bowl didn't have any tofu. She said "yeah, we're out of tofu." I asked why someone didn't say anything when we picked it up or call us when the order came in since my phone number is printed on the receipt? She shrugged her shoulders and said she didn't know because she didn't make the order. I asked if the person who did was here so I could ask them. She yelled to a guy on the back and when I asked him he said he didn't make any tofu bowl. I asked what I could have to replace the tofu I paid for and was hesitantly offer another protein. I said I'd take the chicken. (Just chicken, not replace the whole bowl) I said I just don't understand why someone wouldn't say anything. Just make it without it and expect us to not notice or just deal with it and she said "I guess".
