No one greeted or acknowledged I walked in. One of the ladies was on the phone with either the owner or manager discussing a trip to Publix standing directly in front of me at the counter. She did not break in the conversation to acknowledge that I was standing directly in front of her or that she would be with me momentarily rather continued talking as if I never walked in. A different waitress came out of the back and proceeded to help me. She had no personality but did take my order and asked the other waitress what the conversation was on the phone. At that point they discussed the caller wanted them to clean the furniture with furniture polish. They continued their personal conversations about who actually owned the furniture polish and I stood there waiting for my food.
The lady who took my order was just about as āmatter of factā and she could be. No personality. It is disappointing because I live just a few minutes away and pass this place every day and my first experience sucked

At 11:15 received menus and gave a drink order. The coffee came at 11:30. Order was taken. By 12:00 we share with the waitress we want to leave. She says Iāll go see if the cook had started your food. Everyone but one other table that came in after us all had food and the other table order got taken before us. The waitress comes back and shares our order hadnāt been started. So we left, we were hungry.
Please donāt be defensive with your rebuttal. I see you have some unhappy customers lately. You need to take this as a reflection to do better. Continuing like this and you wonāt be in business. I just stated the facts. Take it as constructive criticism and fix the problems. Having had a small business in the past I like to see you succeed. One last thing when it takes that long for food, give the customer something to eat. Like crackers or soup and explain what the problem is. I was nervous at first just going out to eat because sometimes my son can be a handful at restaurants, (adventurous and loud, normal toddler stuff), but the atmosphere there was so calming and friendly that he decided to kick back on the couch and eat his breakfast right there, even when he made himself āat homeā by the couches w his food they didnāt even bat an eye at him but instead made him feel like he was apart of the family!! It is his birthday today and without even asking, the owner comes out w a ācupcakeā (muffin w cool whip on it) and a candle on top singing him happy birthday! They were all so kind and I canāt compliment them enough! When my son is included in the friendliness, it makes me love them even more for that!
