I pulled into the plaza to get a smoothie, but saw the DIY Boba Tea and decided to stop there instead. This was my first visit to a DIY Boba Tea. Wow! The gentleman behind the counter was extremely kind and helpful. He explained exactly how it all worked and showed me where everything was, walking me through the entire process. Then he gave me a sample cup to try as many of the flavors as I wanted. In the end, I decided to go for a Bubble Waffle. I asked him what he would get (that seems to always work out for me) and we went with brownie caramel ice cream with a wafer cookie and caramel sauce. The way their payment system worked on the Bubble Waffle is, I paid $4.75 for the waffle, $2.75 for the ice cream, $0.99 for the wafer cookie, and the caramel sauce was free. While I was ordering, 2 women came in. The gentleman helping me was the only one working the store. He started my waffle then came out to help the women. When the women left, 2 more people came in. He checked on my waffle, then helped them. When they left, one more person came in before he was finally able to finish my bubble waffle. It looked delicious, and since I didn't order what I wanted, but what he liked, I didn't realize this until I was almost done, so I didn't say anything. I don't know how this happened unless he didn't write down what he was making and just forgot. What I got was a delicious bubble waffle with one scoop of brownie caramel ice cream, and chocolate & caramel sauces. No wafer cookie. It was extremely good and very filling! The waffle tasted almost like a waffle cone, but the bubble parts threw me off. I suppose they could have been waffle cone dough, just puffed up instead of flat and crispy like a regular waffle cone. It was served in a large plastic cup and was definitely NOT something you could take to go. It was dripping all over and would have continued to do so until you either pushed it into the cup or ate most of it. I opted for pushing it into the cup and then eating it. Yup, ALL of it. I've come to a point in my life where I've realized that you have to stop worrying about certain things, like eating a giant Bubble Waffle with caramel brownie ice cream and caramel & chocolate sauce. It was only one scoop. It won't kill me. I'm not a diabetic, so I'm not doing something dangerous to my health. I'm simply enjoying what Life has to offer. We're here today. We may not be here tomorrow to enjoy what we're striving for. You can still have goals, but don't put them first. Put today first. It's the only thing you can really control... You're actions right now. You can't control what tomorrow brings or how you'll react, so just enjoy the present.

If you have the opportunity to come to this city, this is something that you should not miss. It's pearl milk tea where you can make it by yourself, mix everything yourself. It's something exciting and proud when you There is a chance to eat what you do yourself. Children will enjoy this. Believe that it will impress you very well. The taste of the product in this shop is of quality.

The food and drinks are good, however, they have out a coupon for a free chicken rice bowl in any of the flavors that they have. The coupon does not say the bowl will be a snack/sample size with only 2 pieces of chicken. The bowl was very underwhelming. I suggest they have more specific details on future coupons.

So fun for Mommy/daughter time! First, the people were beyond helpful and let us try the toppings and flavors so we knew exactly how we wanted things. They actually helped instead of rolling their eyes and being huffy like another local place when we weren't sure what combos to create. Everybody in the store - and I mean everybody working - was smiling and happy and personable. Secondly, the place was clean. no dust, crumbs or sticky bits on tables, chairs, benches, around machines. No gunk on nozzles or buildup of product on the lids of topping squeeze bottles. No bugs. The boardgames and decorations were clean too! Third, the place has a fun but relaxed vibe. You don't feel rushed or pressured you can take your stuff or hang out and relax with some seriously tasty treats. My tween is actually happy and said she would enjoy making it a regular thing. If you have a kid, you know how highly that speaks. Even if the product was poor, I'd still come back for the service and atmosphere. Luckily, everything we encountered was awesome. Pictured is he green apple and yogurt popping boba with honeydew, watermelon, and mango mix as well as her bubble waffle with white chocolate Kit Kats, Oreos, mini Gummy Bears, strawberry drizzle on cookies and...

Too sweet and expensive, but super cute place. I wanted to like this place, but there needs to be some improvement. 1) Ask people if this is their first time (assume they don’t know how the process works) 2) Having a picture guide may reduce necessity to ask , otherwise maybe have two people up front. One for the cash register and another one to help customers 3) My husband and I have a sweet tooth and neither of us could stomach our drinks (literally couldn’t finish our drinks). He bought a slushy and I had a boba tea. For my tea, I understand that I could pour more water and ice if needed and I did, but it didn’t help. I needed to start all over and it wasn’t clear if that was allowed and they didn’t have enough staff to ask for help. With his drink, he didn’t add an extras, the slushy was just too sickenly sweet. I think maybe those drinks need to be double checked too see if too much sugar was used (again I have a sweet tooth and usually nothing is too sweet for me). 4) Too expensive. Paying $50 for 2 fries/1 small boba/1 medium slushy with 20% tip is way too expensive (especially when you were unable to drink...
