Top China — Restaurant in South Bradenton

One of, if not the best Chinese restaurant in the area. The restaurant is very clean, the staff are friendly and professional and the quality and consistency of the food are great! I've been eating here often for the last couple years and the consistency of the food has been excellent, there's hardly ever a time where I have had my food prepared differently, they've always allowed modifications to my meal (within reason) extra egg, add shrimp, lo mein, etc. They've been very accommodating.

If you're into spicy dishes I highly recommend the hot and spicy chicken or the house special chow mei fun (Singapore rice noodles) or if you're not a fan of spicy you cant go wrong with the sweet and sour chicken or triple delight in garlic sauce.

If I were to grade this restaurant overall I would definitely give them an A. Definitely my Go-to recommendation for Chinese food in the area.

Unfortunately they only offer delivery through door dash and whatnot.

The restaurant seats up to about 20 people but it's usually busy so seating can be limited.

Also it is a casual dining experience, to-go and dine-in type. No table waiter's here.

Wait time is also usually 10/15min and the service is usually pretty speedy, maybe max 20min if...

SUPER fast service, GIANT portions, even our extremely picky girls LOVED their shrimp lo mein pint, also huge, and when I asked for EXTRA spicy Mei Fun with only shrimp and veg, they hit the nail on the head - it was exactly what I wanted and needed and it hit the spot! I may ask for extra shrimp, veg, and noodles along with the spice next time! I’m just sad that my husband let our cats steal my leftovers…I was REALLY looking forward to finishing that meal for lunch today. But I guess I’ll just have to order it again today! Definitely looking forward to getting my favorite staple dish that I’ve been ordering for the past 15+ years from this establishment again later today!!! 😋 only con was with my husband’s meal: his chicken was a little too breaded, not really enough actual chicken, and the larger pieces needed cooked a little longer, but a few minutes in the air fryer fixed that. We just came back from Top China Restaurant. We both had the Lunch Specials which are $5.99 and includes a can of soda. There are so many mediocre Chinese restaurants that we were very pleasantly surprised at the Quality and quantity of food and cooked to order meals.

He had the Sweet and Sour Chicken with Pork Fried rice. The Chicken filled 1/2 of the Styrofoam box. I had the Roast Pork with Chinese vegetables. Deeeelicious and tons of food. They serve the meals in square Styrofoam containers piled high. I had so much Roast pork (it's actually BBQ boneless spare ribs) over a dozen very tender, large pieces mixed with Pea pods, Water chestnuts, strips of carrots, button mushroom and white onion. It filled 1/2 of the container. The other half was Pork fried rice.
