Mulligan's Pub — Restaurant in Florida

I wish I could put 0 stars, cause that's what this place deserves!!!! My family and I thought was a great idea a pub with breakfast that does room service, so we decide to order, took forever to the food arrive to our order come wrong, so took a while for them to fix our order, usually I'm not so comprehensive with this big mistakes, but we were in vacation and I decided to give another try the other day, cause they said someone didn't show up and they were busy, but I didn't now the nightmare would get worst, I divided to orders there. And take to the room myself to make sure the order was right, took them 20 min to just figure out that I existed, 5 more min waiting and the waitress took our order, 1 our waiting for our food with another waitress being extremely rude to Us and food arrive cold, but not the drinks, more 20 min waiting to everything be ready to eat a cold food, drink some old coffee and bitter orange juice. My family decided to try this restaurant tonight. Julie B was the waitress. She was angry when we first arrived. This should have been our first sign. Unfortunately, we decided to stay. The good news was the lovely man who brought out our food was extremely nice. Julie rolled her eyes multiple times and huffed and puffed like magic dragon when we ordered drinks or food. You can tell.she was done. The disappointing thing was I received a side order of blackened shrimp and we paid $13. She said you placed a special order? She gave our son a small.scope of ice cream and said I added cherries on it so it is a sundae but it was barely a full scope. She was very rude. It was unfortunate for our family since this was our last night on our vacation. You will.see from my other reviews everyone received 5 stars. So sad that 1 waitress can ruin an evening. What would have been a 4 star review dropped to 2 because of Julie B unfortunately. My typical reviews are long and thorough, but tonight I don't have the energy. She rushed us, rolled her eyes, was impatient and wanted nothing more than to be out of there. Too bad. I had a Reuben and it was pretty good. The house chips were great. My wife had a side of shrimp (which was really good) that was $8 but because she asked for it to be blackened instead of fried, she charged her $13. My son was supposed to get dessert. She came and said "this is all we have left" and charged us $5 for a scoop of ice cream. I love Irish pubs. I've been to at least 50 in the states and another 50 in Ireland.
