Oh Que Bueno Restaurant and Bakery — Restaurant in Florida

On 12-20-24 I placed an order to go-rice, beans, chicken, tostones and a chicken salad (no salad dressing was offered or included). I also ordered a bottled water and a cup with ice. I was told to wait about 15 minutes. After about 35 minutes I went up to the host and she said go check upfront. At the register I asked why it was taking so long and the host went to to check and came back with the bag-that had been sitting there. The employee went back to the table where all the employees (5 of them plus the host upfront) were sitting having conversations- I'm cool with that if its slow but someone needs to check on the customers. I had to call the employee back and ask for my water and ice cup. after a 30 minute drive home. My order was missing the rice! service wasn't good and salad was dry and from now on I will recommend and only go to the Oh Que Bueno on Curry Ford, they have great food and...

We ate in. Food was pretty good. It's misleading as this isn't the same as the "Oh Que Bueno" on Semoran Blvd. , No relationship whatsoever. Not sure how you can steal a name of another business. The food was good, although in my opinion the real Oh Que Bueno is better. I drank fresh lemonade, it appeared to be water down, not as fresh as the original restaurant. The restaurant was pretty clean, as well as the bathroom, that's a general reflection on the cleanliness as a whole. They had 2 tables outside to dine, it was windy that Saturday. There were to ladies smoking, and that 2nd hand smoke was coming in to the entire restaurant. If you are coming here because you tried the one on Semoran this ISN"T IT. Make the drive to the other restaurant because the food here is NOT worth it.I went here with my family and not only was the waitress not paying attention to what we told her we had to repeat ourselves over and over again. We ordered 2 appetizers and received one before the food and the other came in the middle of the entree. Moving on to the food, i ordered the shredded steak-spoiler- it was atrocious! the meat was rubbery and hard to eat, on top of having an abundace of raw parsley which made it all the more disgusting, i left the meat and moved on to the tostones which were soggy and again rubbery. left those too. the only thing that was semi-edible was the rice and even that had parts that were undercooked.
