I usually do not give reviews, but I am so pleased and happy with this product as well with the service received from this small company that I have to. I also need to add that I never give 5 starts.

Almost 3 years ago, I stayed at my brother’s house for a few days and I “fall in love” with the water in his house. He told me he had a water softener and if I ever wanted one he had the contact person. I purchased my house on November 2017 and in January 2018 I had 3 people going to my house to do the water testing. Those 3 different companies (GE, Whirlpool and another one I can’t remember the name). They wanted to sell their product without taking in consideration what I actually needed. Some even got upset when I didn’t buy it. I like to compare prices and quality before I buy something. I want to know in what I am going to invest my money. After comparing all of these companies, from the sellers’ presentations to the product, I got to the conclusion that they only wanted to sell; they didn’t care about me as a person or what I needed. They only wanted my money. I’m a former seller person so I can recognize when a person is trying to sell a good product or just want to make a sale.

I finally called my brother’s contact, Pure Touch. I spoke 1st with Luis who was very helpful explaining what the product actually does, pricing, etc. During the phone conversation with him, selling became a secondary topic; I was able to sense his passion for a wonderful product. Due to the previous presentations with the other 3 people that went to my house, I had a lot of questions. He said he was going to send Nima to explain more in detail as he is mostly in the field installing the product. He wanted me to make sure I understood how wonderful their water softener is before I make a decision. What a difference from the other sellers! The others wanted to make a sale; Luis wanted a product suitable to my needs and budget.

Nima and Tristen went to my house. I was a little to the defense side due to the previous 3 sellers. Right away my guard went down. I felt I was chatting with friends and they were just sharing with me how wonderful is a product they are using. I didn’t feel pressure or uncomfortable at all. They explained and answered all my questions…and I asked a lot of them! They helped me to choose the one that was going to fit my needs and my budget.

The installation was done the same week and Luis and his assistance did a wonderful job. I have handyman brothers that are perfectionist and me being a little bit perfectionist as well, I can recognize when a job is well done and not sloppy. I don’t have tolerance for sloppy jobs…that’s me.

I love the product!! It has helped my skin and hair tremendously. I have a very dry skin and dry hair. It has changed both. I’m not concerned about my clothes getting discolor every time I put a load in the washing machine. The clothes smells wonderful. I don’t have to worry about the hard white water stains on my shower doors, my mirrors and even in the faucets. It is so easy to clean!!!

I would recommend this company with my eyes closed to everyone. It doesn’t matter which system you decide to buy, you will receive a wonderful product and a service that you will never forget.

The decision to make this rather large financial investment was major, and I have waited a full 2+ weeks before coming to any conclusion and giving a review. The installation was quick, they did a great job installing the water treatment system and fully cleaned up after themselves. They thoroughly explained everything to us, complete with a checklist so nothing was forgotten. Organized, friendly, efficient, and professional. Since the Pure Touch Water treatment system has been installed in our home I have noticed so many differences. I cleaned the showers the day it was installed. 9 days later, not a water spot to be seen on our glass shower doors (see attached photo). The same goes for the silver/chrome fixtures, and the toilets, no water spots or hard water build up. Eliminating as many chemicals and toxins in our home is important to us, Water is essential for life, and having clean water for a healthy home and healthy bodies is important. We have eliminated the costly 3 gallon water jugs and the water cooler that was bulky and took up floor space. I did not immediately notice any difference in the way the water tasted....until I had to refill my water bottle at work one day from their water cooler, and then I noticed the strong mineral/chemical after taste it had. It left a yucky taste in my mouth that left me thirsting for clean water when I got home. My husband and daughter both have eczema, and my daughter is a competitive swimmer spending 5 days a week in the chemically treated water for 2+ hours a day leaving her skin screaming for moisture. In the past 2 weeks, her skin is looking so much better, she has not had to use her expensive lotion and has dropped back to using her prescription cream on her face to every other day. I believe as time goes on, her skin will continue to improve and result in using the prescription cream less often. This is saving us nearly $20 month in lotions and prescriptions. We have al noticed when using soaps, toothpaste, shampoo's, and had soap that we need less. Now they foam up rather quickly vs working for suds. This saves us so much money in soaps, detergents, and household cleaners. I did not really believe Nima with his sales pitch of being able to clean surfaces with nothing but clean water and rags for a streak free shine eliminating glass cleaners. But I tried it... and with a clean rag (no fabric softner) or paper towels, it is NO LIE. You can achieve a streak free shine without glass cleaner! We washed our cars, no water spots. We have run our dishwasher (several times), we no longer have to towel dry dishes and glasses to eliminate water spots. We have cleaned our mirrors, our faucets, our showers.....all with no water spots. Can you imagine how much our bodies are loving this pure water?! Yes this was a major financial investment. However knowing that this is a lifetime investment, I can take my water system with me if I were ever to move, and knowing how clean the water in my home and in my family's bodies is, and the money I am saving in eliminating chemical cleaners from my home...... overall it is well worth the investment! Everyone at Pure Touch has been nothing but kind, on time, professional, knowledgeable, and a pure joy to do business with. It is so good to know there are still good people with a good product to do business with! Love supporting small local business, especially with such a useful and...

We wholeheartedly recommend the Pure Touch team and products for all water softening and filtration needs. The installation, followup, and day-to-day experience with our combined builder + CFC system in our home has been life-changing! We initially selected Pure Touch to install true water softening in our home to address serious, increasing health concerns and physical symptoms with every shower and hand wash in our home. The installation was prompt, Mike G. handled our initial calls and installation personally with professionalism and efficiency and was able to answer every specific question we had about the system and any ongoing maintenance. We immediately felt the improvement in our water quality and health. However... this is central Florida (we're new here) and what we've come to experience with the city water (Oviedo) is frightening. We called on Pure Touch again, without hesitation, to install the CFC for complete water filtration of all chemicals, bacteria, metals, etc. We were thrilled that Mike was available, already familiar with our home and conditions, and promptly completed the additional installation with the same professionalism and attention. We have been able to discuss our specific family/household needs and have all questions addressed immediately with every phone call for selecting the system right for us. And the difference in our water quality - and quality of life - is exponential! No one in Florida should be without complete water filtration - or perhaps anyone anywhere. The builder + CFC system is an investment... with barely any future maintenance requirements and nearly a lifetime of truly CLEAN water. We're continuing to experience noticeable improvements with every single shower. Life changing. And we have Pure Touch to thank for a seamless, worry-free installation and quality products that we'll take with us to our next home and would never choose to be without again. Working with Pure Touch has been our only positive experience working with trades and services in central Florida for our home. We wish they offered electrical, plumbing, solar installation, etc....
