Wawa — Restaurant in Kissimmee

I came in at 2:50am and this Wawa was was pretty much empty with no employee in sight other than one sales person stocking the aisles. There was one other person other then myself inside. We both had ordered food from the kiosk. About 7 minutes went by and there was still no one making the food. We had to ask the sales person on the floor if there was anyone else. And he said there are 2 managers and another person in the back. And he went back there to get someone to make the food. Yet another few minutes went by and still no one came to the front. The sales person had to go to the back about 3 times to tell them. Yet still not coming to the front to make the food. It was till the other guest asked for a refund that one person came out. Then about another minute went by and I was asked if I still wanted the food. Which I said yes. The only professional person that helped was the sales person on the floor restocking. The other 3 in the back were not professional. Oh did I mention they had their radio headsets in one ear and their Bluetooth headset in their other ear. Yeah, no not time employees need to do better. Cause it seemed like they didn’t care that they had food to make. Not knowing if the person who ordered food had...

I just changed jobs. I usually go to the wawa at pepper mill and OBT.. Next to publix... This store is clean, Rest Rooms clean and service always great... Now I changed jobs and there is a wawa... I got very excited a wawa across the street...the store is located across the Hospital at (OBT & E DONEGAN AVE) .... So I walk in and SAW the total opposite OF PEPPER MILL... REST ROOMS ARE VERY DIRTY, A BOTTLE OF CHEMICAL HANGING ON THE HANDICAP DOOR.... HOPE SOME LITTLE KID PICK IT UP AND START SPRAYING IT.... I SEE A BIG LAW SUIT..... AND THE REST OF THE STORE IS VERY DIRTY.... COFFEE STAND AREA WAS AWFUL... THE REGISTER COUNTER HAD COFFEE ALL OVER IT... I COULDN'T EVEN PUT MY SANDWICH DOWN... I THINK THE MANAGER TOOK CARE OF ME AT THE REGISTER... I WON'T BE GOING BACK TO THAT STORE AGAIN.... WORST WAWA EVER.... IT'S TO BAD I WILL BRINGING MY OWN LUNCH TO WORK KNOW... I REALLY LIKE WAWA SANDWICHES.... I GIVE A+ TO THE PEPPER MILL & OBT STORE......

The most horrifying experience I've had at a wawa I literally was shocked. The night time manager Lewis was the most unprofessional, instigating, most disrespectful person I've ever encountered. How can such a structured respectable company hold such a person in this position. I thought maybe one bad egg shouldn't represent a company, but when we complained about our horrible experience, his GM who was not present at that moment, ended up backing him up. Do they not pull camera footage? It's very clear in Lewis's aggressive state how his actions were completely wrong yet wawa completely backed him. I guess it wasn't only 1 bad egg but maybe this company is after all loosing its values. It's a shame. Just a warning, if you enter this wawa have your phones ready to record because of you are verbally attacked, wawa does not turn to their security cameras. Or stick with the wawa stations more on the west side of Kissimmee. ...
