Updated review from 3 stars to 1…can I do zero? Tried to be nice and honest initially but updating to reflect their response comment…which appears to be since deleted? Definitely was there with my 12-year-old son, not competition from across the street. But that’s her response to every bad review. Lol We have driven by this place a few times and my teenage son wanted to check it out. I told him to check the reviews first…there were many great ones, also there were some concerning ones…but nonetheless, I understand people complain, I prefer to decide for myself. First important tip, go online and order ahead for pick up. We weren’t aware it was a walk up window or that it would take so long. I’ve been to sit down restaurants where they make your food to order as well (during busy times), not 450 on a Sunday with no cars in the lot and only 2 drove through in the 35 mins we waited. I ask if that was normal and the very polite girl said we cook everything to order so yes…ok, maybe let people know ahead of time…we were obviously newbies by our blank stares at the huge wall menu. Credit: The cheese steak was awesome and a great size for the price, that I would definitely recommend. My son is a chicken tender & fries fiend…he politely ate some…but I think out of guilt because it was his idea to try the place. The very large portion they give 👍🏻 is sitting at the bottom of my garbage can. Please less batter. You could definitely taste the aged fry grease & dry chicken. The fries were definitely a large portion…soggy probably soaking in the steam and tender heat piled on top…but looked so promising. Next time maybe keep them separate in their own boxes. The onion rings…😬 the onion slivers were thin and almost non existent. There was so much batter and grease my stomach is actually sick as I type this. WAY TOO MUCH BATTER. I don’t like leaving completely negative reviews so I went mid…but I also believe people should know what to steer clear of and save their $40! The cheese steak was great but stay away from anything fried…unless you like old grease and tons of batter.

We have ordered from this place a couple times and the food was always good. Pizza crust always had good flavor and the steak and cheese was huge. But... Tonight I ordered a traditional gyro with no lettuce. It showed up with an entire cup of sauteed white or yellow onions on the gyro and an entire cup of sliced tomatoes. The pita smelled and tasted like a old/moldy sponge and the tzatziki sauce was literally sour cream and garlic powder on the side? You could see the garlic powder in it and that's all that was in it... so I trashed the garlic powder sour cream or whatever it was supposed to be and ate the gyro meat off of the top of the pita with a fork. I ordered a Greek Pizza because I had a taste for red onions on a pizza with olive oil. Instead I got a pizza with about a half a cup of white or yellow sweet onions that added a ton of moisture to the pizza so it's soggy. There is pizza sauce on this pizza no olive oil. And for some reason they put a bunch of either grape leaves or spinach all over it which is not listed on their menu. No red onions whatsoever and because of the onions they did use basically the whole pizza is just full of water and flavorless. My wife picked it up like always and the guy was nice as always but the items were not made as described and the quality was definitely not there tonight.

First timer and last timer, not to mention it was $68.83 for inedible garbage. So I placed my order, on Olivia's website for delivery. I ordered a large house specialty pizza, a large cheese pizza with extra cheese and a meatball sub with extra cheese. Delivery estimate was 30min, well 30min came and went, so at 45min I called to check on my order and was told it's on the way. Nope, it finally arrived in well over a hour, about a hour and 10min. Not only was the order wrong, but it was ice cold, soggy and nasty. So I called again just to be told it wasn't their fault to call the delivery service that they use (SliceLife). I ordered right from Olivia's website! It was picked up late (because it wasn't ready) and delivered beyond late, COLD AND WRONG! It certainly is Olivia's fault. No attempt was made by Olivia's to deliver the correct food, hot as it should have been! Not that it would have been any better than the ice cold, soggy garbage I was delivered! You've been warned, order elsewhere where they appreciate customers! How you gonna blame the delivery service that you use and not take responsibility for botched delivery?

This was my first time going over to Olivia's PIZZA and subs, and for a pizza place I was quite disappointed. Don't get me wrong, the wings and mozzarella sticks were on point. But for pizza, 20 wings, and mozzarella sticks with fries to be done within 15 minutes makes me think that my meal I paid(and even tipped), was probably pre-made or frozen. When I called about the pizza that was as tough as beef jerky, I was honestly told that it WAS overcooked. So why did you send it out? And I do appreciate then trying to correct the mistake by having me come back for a new one. But even then, the sauce tastes like aluminum from the can. I would also recommend trying some seasoningto give it some flavor. Loved the wings, but I'll stick with my original pizza joint.....

P.S.: Please do not try to say that I am a liar like you do to other customers, or try to say that I have not come to your establishment because I have a receipt as well as pictures of YOUR pizza box. May I also let you know that I am a man of God, and may he open up your eyes to see that you could take your neighbor's comments as positive criticism. Remember: do onto others as you would want others to do onto you.may god soften your heart

FURTHERMORE: Please do not tell my wife " get a life". Completely unprofessional, not to mention rude! Disrespect her again and more problems will continue. If you want to continue good business do not be rude, we make you money when we use your business. A lot of other pizza places closer, we wanted to try new. Now that you have not only given all customers attitude, you are accusing you. The more you accuse, the more people talk bad about your business. Get it? Check the attitude bro, before angry customers start passing around on social media and slandering your company name. I would have came back for wings but after rude comments to people I will not come back. Good job making people...

I'm sorry but I have no clue how this place has good ratings or is in business for that matter. I tried the pizza and it tasted like a frozen pizza. The windows are covered in greasy hand prints and smears, corner to corner on every window of the entire building. Almost every time I show up I am greeted by a 10 year old child, had a prepaid order told her my name she says okay and vanishes for 5min without even telling me how long it will be....she came back 5min later and had to turn the pizza on its side to get it out of the window, never spoke to or saw an adult the entire time I was there. I thought I would try again, nope the place is covered in giant flying ants so large you can see them all over the lights inside on the ceiling from the parking lot! I left that place never to return. Sorry but this is the truth, the god honest truth so I hope you find a way to use it constructively.

EDIT: I read your response, not sure how its a fake comment? Obviously I have been there how can you deny that, I just described the physical condition and you know it. Your going to call the police for leaving an honest review? Is this a serious response from a professional business owner? If you want to play that game, I will report you for child labor and tip off the board of health. Go ahead "make me jealous" with your posts? Fool. Obviously you could not take it constructively if you think I hate you, but the fact you got all butt hurt shows you have no clue how public relations work with a business. Clearly different people see different things, and if you do not want to address the things I mentioned your only going to catch another persons eye in a bad way and your business will continue to suffer. If your too lazy to clean your windows and just want to sit around in a chair all day what makes me think the area you cook in is up to par? Place has board of health violations written...
