Absolute worst. If you do not have staff...Shut down. Without notice they close and lock the door. and if you are lucky they may come to the door and let you know, most times you are ignored while knocking on the door... A note on the door or stop taking walk in orders on the app. Simple and staff up or close. I have ordered through the app and since I walk there I have had to walk up to the drive through window to get attention. and my coffee with an attitude. . Not sure what is going on at this location but it has been several weeks of poor service as well as filth at the out door seating area in front.. Will not go back to this location...
Read moreThis morning 7/19/20 , I ordered from Uber eats at 9:52am and they told me that my order would be here at 11:00 , that was fine. At 11:15am I got a notification that my food would be to me at 11:20am then at 11:32am I got a notification that my order was cancelled. Long story short I called this location and the manger Stacey helped me so much and remade my order and didn't charge me. I then told her uber was not going to bring my order unless I ordered again so Ms.Stacey decided she would bring my order herself. I appreciate her so much because I am 7 months pregnant and I was very hurt that i wasnt going to get my food. GIVE STACEY...
Read more5:56 parking... 5:58 walked inside... three other ppl in line... A few at tables... A couple sitting outside at tables. As I am taking my place in line... Employee comes from around counter and tells me she was just about to lock the doors as they are closing at 6pm. Ok, cool. I stay out and she then proceeds to motion at me and walks me to the door. I politely mention I will just order my refresher after the customers at register finish to which she replies "we have already started cleaning up and and after waiting on them we are done."
