I definitely should have checked the reviews before ordering from here. I order 2pz, 6wngs, cheese bread and 2 drinks. Everything arrived terribly. The pizzas were burnt underneath and greasy. The cheese bread were flat. I called and complained and wanted a refund. The girl on the phone said she would full refund me to get me off the phone but I asked for the amount, thats when she truly said that messed up again and said she couldn't fully refund me bc it was a big order. She yet again inconvenienced by letting me know that all she could do was send a new nasty order or bring order back myself for full refund.
FAST FORWARD FAST FORWARD.. I clocked out of work to bring the food back. I get tomthe store and the girl has no customer service skills. Takes the food and laughs w other customers about how upset I am. Insteaf if giving me a refund when she was kaughing w the customer, she walked back and proceeded to continue boxing pizzas.
So the chef (pizza maker) walks over to do the job of girl that is inconsiderate of my time and money being wasted bc she handle the situation. Truly needs to be fired bc she is a liability to your company. I will definitely not order, not recommend either again to nobody to eat at Papa John's bc ain't no way you see all these bad reviews and are not doing crap about it. This has me believing that this must be a MOTTO at Papa John's.

Last week my son orders his pizza 30 minutes prior to picking it up . He walks in and 2 other people where there waiting. Lady behind the counter NEVER acknowledges them. So he sees his pizza and grabs it and starts to walk out, lady(from behind counter) comes and grabs the pizza from him and told him he has to wait. Which he tells her he ordered it 30 minutes ago and he can show her his receipt on his phone she then goes to say he shouldn’t have grabbed his pizza and now he wasn’t getting the pizza or his refund.10 minutes goes by everyone was help including the new customer who comes in AFTER my son so he proceeded to grab his pizza again and the lady grabs him by his arm( which left marks ) and his shirt (which she rips)! After all said and done district manager(Nick) was called but NO call back! Had to call cops just to get a refund!I work in retail and the way she acted is beyond unacceptable ! She most definitely should be fired immediately ! Obviously she has NO training in customer service!!!! Read moreI love the cheese sticks !! Don’t forget to tip!! . I’d like to know what the $4.00 delivery fee is for? To pay the driver? So the customers are actually paying the drivers salary and in addition, customers are required to tip! I suggest the drivers be a bit more friendlier if that’s how it works. I only realized this today. I forgot to tip so I called to have a tip added. I hope they give it to the driver. Pizza arrived within 30 min and was hot. I was expecting no contact delivery but I missed two calls because the driver didn’t know where to leave the order even though there was a table right there. He was looking for his tip, that’s why he called but like I said, I missed the back to back calling on his end. One call was 10 min of recorded commercials I’m trying to listen and couldn’t because He just kept redialing really fast. Send a text next time I didn’t appreciate the long winded commercial on my phone. when he couldn’t get my attention, that’s what was done to me. It’s rude.
