On Monday night Feb 12th, I decided that I wanted to try a different Italian Restaurant, so I ordered a Large Pepperoni and Mushroom Calzone. ( 32 dollars ) I went to their own website and ordered online for pickup. I set my order to be picked up at 7pm. I received an email stating the order had been received. I called the Restaurant twice at around 630pm just to make sure everything was good with my order. No one picked up, so I figured it was just busy. So I headed out to drive about 20-25 min to the Restaurant. To my surprise , there was a sign on the window saying they were closed. On their website it said their business hours on Mondays are 4-8pm. At this point I was furious, so I checked my card to see if it was charged by them, and sure enough it was. So I was charged 32.00 for a large calzone that I could not eat, and I drove a total of 45 minutes round trip for it. When I got home, I left them a voicemail asking if they could please call me to rectify the situation. I did not receive a call, so I gave them a call a little past 3pm. I was spoke to a woman who said she was the Manager. She said I should’ve been refunded ( yes the money was refunded the next day) , I asked if there was anything she could do for me as this whole situation was extremely frustrating , and I felt like it was no fault of mine at all. She told me that she couldn’t do anything about it. She said her mother who owns the Restaurant would be the only person who could help. At this point I gave up. Here I am trying to support local small business and this is how I am treated. Hey, maybe they will call me back at some point, but I am not holding my...
Read moreOverall food was decent, but very frustrating experience ordering online from here. Ordered the Pasquale’s Special which as you can see from the first screenshot shows only sausage as a protein so I added pepperoni for $3.50 extra. Also ordered a Greek salad in the second screenshot but removed the black olives and kept the Kalamata olives. Went and picked it up and received a plain pepperoni pizza. I showed the cashier I received the wrong order and they had the pie remade. I then had to wait an extra 10-15 minutes while my garlic knots got cold. She proceeded to tell me the Pasquale’s Special comes with pepperoni and wasn’t sure why online it showed it wasn’t included under proteins. So I paid $3.50 extra for nothing. She said they would add extra pepperoni to the remade pie since I paid the $3.50, which did not happen. Also, the Greek salad I ordered with the Kalamata olives came with NO olives! Probably wouldn’t even be leaving this review if they let me keep the original wrong pizza or did something to “make it right” but no effort was made. Super...
Read moreI recently visited Pasquale’s Pizzeria at 1963 S Alafaya Trail in Orlando, and I can confidently say it’s a gem for pizza lovers! This family-owned spot has been serving up quality Italian food for over 20 years, and their Long Island Stuffed Pie is an absolute standout. Packed with pepperoni, sausage, ham, meatballs, and extra cheese, this pizza is a hearty, indulgent masterpiece. The crust is perfectly crisp, holding up to the generous layers of toppings, and it comes with a side of their homemade marinara sauce that adds just the right tangy kick. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, with friendly staff who make you feel right at home. I also tried their garlic knots, which were buttery, garlicky perfection—definitely a must-order. The service was prompt, and the option for takeout or delivery makes it super convenient. Whether you’re a local or just visiting Orlando, Pasquale’s is worth a stop for their incredible Long Island Stuffed Pie and authentic New York-style pizza....
