Generally I love this place and it’s my go to when I want to get a drink with friends. However I had a very bad experience with a bartender named Vanessa, who clearly had no idea how to mix drinks. The margaritas were incredibly weak, (I might as well have ordered a regular limeade), she did not ask if I wanted sugar or salt, and she was overall very rude. I ordered a Jagerbomb and she clearly had no clue how to make one as I had watched her make it, and she put no Red Bull in it, and the shot glass was barely filled. I will attach photos of the untouched drink. When given the check, I was not given a copy to give her a tip, and when I asked if there was a copy to give a tip she completely ignored me while talking to her friend at the bar. Never ever ever go on Thursdays. However, the man who works fridays and saturdays is super awesome and knows what he’s doing. But I mean look at this it’s not even a shot

Great dinner here. Ordered trio fajitas, mexican molcajete for one, birria tacos, side of regular queso, fried icecream, tres leches, and churros. Atmosphere is beautiful and service is top notch.

So many Mexican restaurants, but quality is so dang different. I was greeted right away and sat down quickly to a old football game. The waitress showed and seem kinda creepy with her awkward stare and reactions to my simple orders. I ordered the Carne Asada which is the THEE Best part of the menu. Fresh grilled cook and served on a skillet. Now the refried beans were a different story, which tasted like beans out of a can. Rice was fine. I ordered a Taco a-la-carte and the flavor of the ground beef was a mix of different spices and overpowering taste of Chorizo, not a good taste. The la diabla was too spicy to enjoy. I'm pretty sure if I return to this establishment, Carne Asada is returning back to my plate.

Roberto, Roberto, Roberto.

Roberto, the waiter at Pedro’s, was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we were seated until the end of our meal, he provided a dining experience that was both memorable and delightful. His professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care for his guests truly set him apart.

One of the first things that stood out about Roberto was his warm and welcoming demeanor. He greeted us with a friendly smile and made us feel right at home. Throughout the evening, he checked in on us regularly, ensuring that we had everything we needed and that our dining experience was nothing short of perfect.

Roberto's knowledge of the menu was truly impressive. He took the time to explain each dish in detail, offering recommendations based on our preferences. His passion for the food was evident, and his descriptions were so vivid that we could almost taste the dishes before they arrived at our table.

In addition to his excellent service, Roberto's attention to detail was also remarkable. He made sure that our glasses were always filled, our table was clear of any empty plates, and that we had everything we needed to enjoy our meal. He even went above and beyond to accommodate special requests, demonstrating a level of care and dedication that is rare to find.

Throughout the evening, Roberto maintained a perfect balance of professionalism and friendliness. He was attentive without being intrusive, always there when we needed him but never hovering. He anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, showing a level of intuition that truly enhanced our dining experience.

Roberto's passion for hospitality was evident in every aspect of his service. He took the time to engage with us, sharing stories about the restaurant and the dishes we were enjoying. His enthusiasm was infectious, and it added an extra layer of enjoyment to our meal.

In conclusion, Roberto was the epitome of a fantastic waiter. His professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care for his guests set him apart and made our dining experience truly memorable. If you have the opportunity to dine at Pedro’s and be served by Roberto, consider yourself lucky – you're in...

Me and my husband went in on Tuesday evening for dinner. Our server, who we have had many times, was spending alot of time chatting with someone at the next table regarding personal topics (we could hear everything said) and it meant that he did not take our order until his conversation was finished. We didn't like it but ok, what can you do. So he finally comes and takes our order. He apparently heard us voice our displeasure as him taking so long to take our order. So when our food arrives, he comes to the table and picks the spoon up in my husband bowl of soup and is saying, see, I fixed it just like you asked. See, here take the spoon, see, it was just like you asked. It was very rude and quite uncomfortable. So we are eating dinner and I needed more drink. He never came back to refill my glass, another server noticed and filled it for me. At the end of the meal he brings our check and we pay and leave. As we are leaving, this waiter runs my husband down and says, you didn't like my service, why did not tip more? Seriously, in front of a crowded restaurant he is going to ask why his tip wasn't better? We left a 10% tip, which was more than he earned. Then he points at us and says I will remember you when you come back. So I decide to talk to a manager. I am in the process of telling him what happened and this server comes up and butts into the conversation with the manager and they start arguing in spanish so I could not understand what they were saying. The manager then apologizes and says he would talk to him. This is a restaurant me and my husband frequent 2 sometimes 3 times a week. It is close to home, prices are reasonable and food is good. But after this experience we will never ever go back. Every server in this restaurant knows us and pretty much knows our order as we order the same thing every time we come in. But I will no longer eat there, the waiter said he would remember us, that says he will mess with our food. Besides the rude treatment by the waiter and then for the manager to allow him to butt into the conversation. No, sorry, no matter how much I like the food, we will...

I had the most incredible dining experience at Pedro's Taco and Tequila Bar in Gulf Breeze, and it was all thanks to Roberto, our outstanding server. From the moment we walked in, Roberto's warm and welcoming demeanor set the tone for an unforgettable evening.

The atmosphere at Pedro's is lively and vibrant, with a charming Mexican-inspired decor that immediately transports you to a different world. The menu is a culinary delight, offering a wide array of tacos and tequila options that cater to all tastes.

Roberto's expert knowledge of the menu was invaluable. He guided us through the extensive tequila selection, recommending the perfect pairings for our tacos. His suggestions were spot-on, enhancing our dining experience immensely.

Throughout the meal, Roberto's attentiveness was exceptional. He ensured our drinks were always topped up and our plates were promptly cleared. His genuine enthusiasm for the food and drinks made us feel like valued guests.

The highlight, of course, was the food. The tacos were nothing short of sensational, bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. From the classic carne asada to the inventive vegetarian options, each bite was a taste of Mexican culinary excellence.

Pedro's Taco and Tequila Bar is a gem in Gulf Breeze, and Roberto made our visit truly memorable. His professionalism, warmth, and passion for his work were evident throughout our meal. If you're looking for a delightful dining experience with exceptional service, don't hesitate to visit Pedro's and ask for Roberto. You won't be...
