Winn-Dixie — Local services in Pensacola

Supposedly they updated this store, but it feels like 2000 in there, I dunno. Sad produce, weird brands.

I really hate places that require you to use a card to get the sale prices. I use somebody else's card. But mostly, I don't shop here anymore. A pity, they're right around the corner and I shopped there for maybe 20 years.

Actually, now that I'm thinking about it, I guess I quit shopping there regularly a few years ago . . . when I witnessed a new store manager yelling at the deli guy who was helping me . . . because he wasn't helping me fast enough (except he was). I wrote corporate, who bounced it back to local, who was supposed to call me, but didn't, presumably because he knew exactly what incident I was talking about.

And when I was in there a month or so ago for just a handful of things, it just felt empty inside, just like...

I absolutely love my neighborhood Winn-Dixie! I go there almost every other day (they have great deals!!) and everyone there is ALWAYS amazing! I have never had a bad experience. Every employee goes above and beyond every single one of my visits. I do have to give a special shout-out to Patrick, though! He always goes the extra mile to make sure I am aware of the Winn-Dixie app and all of its awesome deals and I cannot thank him enough! They’re awesome! Thank you to everyone at the amazing store!

PS- I went in 20 minutes to close (I hate being that person but I HAD to!) and every employee was so sweet about it, and told me not to worry or rush. They even spent the extra time to make sure I had my rewards account updated and knew the perks going on right now!...

An extremely dreaded part of my day is going groceries shopping, very tiring. But, now that I have the convenience of my local Winn Dixie, I am so thankful for the ease of shopping here. I am always finding items needed on the correct aisle and of any problems occur, there is always a team member eager to help by walking with me to the correct aidle, not just telling me to try a particular aisle, if not there try aisle number (xyz), So annoying!!! Check out is wonderful also with a wonderful group of smiling and helpful faces to assist in anyway possible. Always telling me thank you and come back soon.
